Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for blocking charges from a merchant to a payment account of a user. An exemplary system may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform various operations. The operations may include receiving, from the user, a dispute request to dispute a charge to the payment account applied by the merchant. In response to the dispute request, the operations may include determining whether to block subsequent charges applied by the merchant to the payment account, based on a history of charging activities of the merchant. Responsive to a determination to block subsequent charges, the operations may include adding the merchant to a block-charge list associated with the payment account.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, a personal network of devices including one or more wearable devices and one or more other devices may facilitate secure payment. In some embodiments, a first device of the personal network may be configured to store a plurality of virtual slots, where each of the plurality of virtual slots stores a virtual token associated with a financial account. A second device of the personal network may be configured to transmit, to a merchant device, user authentication data and a first virtual token stored in a first virtual slot to cause the merchant device to obtain information related to a financial account associated with the first virtual token to facilitate a payment transaction. Each of the first, the second device, and at least one other device of the personal network may include a short-range transceiver configured to relay information to one another as part of the personal network.

Abstract: Methods and systems for parallelizing processes through the use of predicted data are described herein. A requesting system may send processing requests to a processing system. The processing system may need to have a third-party validation system validate the processing requests before proceeding. The processing system may detect errors and generate modified data that is predicted to resolve the errors in obtained processing requests. The modified data may be sent to the validation system in place of the original data that contained errors. While waiting for validation results from the validation system, the modified data may also be sent to the requesting system to confirm that it is correct. By sending the modified data to both the validation system and the requesting system for approval, increased efficiency and parallelization may be achieved.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for determining an actual cost of ownership of a purchase product may include determining a baseline value of the purchase product, and receiving usage information representative of usage of a user product from a computing device in communication with the user product. The purchase product and the user product may belong to a same class of products. The method also may include determining a user cost component based on the received usage information, and determining an actual cost of ownership of the purchase product based on at least the baseline value and the user cost component.

Abstract: Methods and systems are also described for an integrated cyber incident management system that may store native data corresponding to fields of cyber incident management system (or other non-integrated systems) and integration data (e.g., viewable through a user interface of the integrated cyber incident management system), which describes a relationship of the native data to the integrated cyber incident management system, at a structure node in the architecture of the integrated cyber incident management system. The structure node may correspond to the convergence of two structures in the architecture of the integrated cyber incident management system. Each structure may itself correspond to a native hierarchal relationship in a non-integrated cyber incident management system.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods, systems, and non-transitory computer-readable medium for automatically testing and applying codes to electronic shopping carts. For instance, the method may include: monitoring a browsing session of a user on an e-commerce website; determining whether a trigger condition is present based on the monitoring; when the determining determines the trigger condition is present, automatically performing a code test process for a first set of codes to obtain a first test result, the first set of codes being one or more codes among a plurality of codes for the e-commerce website; and upon completion of the code test process for the first set of codes, displaying a first menu, the first menu including information corresponding to the first test result.

Abstract: Systems and methods for management of an account switch are disclosed. An account switch management system may include one or more memory devices storing software instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the software instructions to receive a list of transaction entries to be switched from a first account to a second account and account information associated with the first account and the second account. The one or more processors may also determine a recommendation relating to a customer action based on the transaction entries and the account information. The one or more processors may provide the list of transaction entries and account information and the recommendation to the client device. The one or more processors may also receive a request from the client device to complete an action and transmit a notification to a processing device to complete the action.

Abstract: The exemplary embodiments provide an improved approach to preventing exfiltration through email messages. The exemplary embodiments process outbound email messages to determine whether an outbound email message contains sensitive subject matter based on contextual information. The determination may be made based at least in part on the context reflected in the contextual information. In the exemplary embodiments, the determination of whether an outbound email message contains sensitive subject matter that should not be exfiltrated may be based at least in part on analysis performed by a trained neural network model.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, image-feature malicious-activity detection and access prevention may be facilitated, where an activity notification associated with a transaction triggers feature detection for at least one image related to a different transaction. In some embodiments, a first image (received in connection with a first transaction) may be associated with the first transaction, and a second image (received in connection with a second transaction) may be associated with a second transaction. In response to a malicious activity notification associated with the first transaction, an identifying characteristic (e.g., a facial feature) detected in the first image may be used to determine whether to prevent access to an account related to the second transaction. As an example, in response to determining that the identifying characteristic is present in the second image, access to the account related to the second transaction may be prevented.

Abstract: A method includes obtaining an input sequence and first and second word sequences of metadata of a plurality of datasets. The method also includes determining a set of scores including first scores and second scores by determining first scores by determining a score of the first scores based on a count of the word sequence of the first word sequences in the metadata without determining a count of the input sequence. The method also includes determining second scores by determining a score of the second scores based on a count of a second sequence of the second word sequences in the metadata. The method also includes determining an additional word for a predicted sequence including the input sequence based on the set of scores and retrieving a set of datasets based on the predicted sequence.

Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for synchronizing communication records in computer networks. For example, the methods and systems may determine whether or not a first communication relates to a second and generate a recommendation that the communications relate to a single communication. In particular, the methods and systems described herein describe synchronizing communication records in computer networks based on detecting patterns in categories of metadata. For example, the methods and systems retrieve specific types of metadata and compare this metadata between communications in order to synchronize and/or deduplicate them.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses are described herein for performing sentiment analysis on electronic communications relating to one or more image-based communications methods, such as emoji. Message data may be received. The message data may correspond to a message that is intended to be sent but has not yet been sent to an application. Using a first machine learning model, one or more subsets of the plurality of emoji may be determined. The one or more subsets of the plurality of emoji may comprise one or more different types and quantities of emoji, and may each correspond to the same or a different sentiment. Using a second machine learning model, one or more emojis may be selected from the one or more subsets. The one or more emojis selected may correspond to responses to the message.

Abstract: In a method for securing a web browser, display instructions for displaying web content are received from a content server by a web browser operating on a client computing device. The web browser creates a document object using the display instructions and determines from the document object whether one or more of the display instructions meet font profiling criteria selected to identify attempts to profile font display characteristics of the web browser. Responsive to a determination that font profiling criteria are met, the web browser alters a character display of the document object and implements the document object for displaying the web content on the client computing device.

Abstract: Disclosed embodiments may include a method that includes receiving first identifying information associated with a first user from a computing device; determining a score based on the first identifying information; determining whether the score is less than a threshold; pseudo-randomly generate and transmit a one-time use number to the computing device when the score is less than the threshold. When the score is greater than or equal to the threshold, the method may include transmitting, to the computing device, second instructions prompting the first user to provide second identifying information. Responsive to receiving the second identifying information of the first user, the method may include determining that the second identifying information matches stored second identifying information.
