The positioning accuracy is obtained by combining each position of a plurality of positioning satellites and receiving state of radiowaves from each of the plurality of positioning satellites, and the deviation is a deviation of the current position and a predicted position calculated in accordance with a travelling state of the satellite radiowave receiving device.
