  • Patent number: 5730828
Abstract: This invention provides a method which is capable of strong and rapid-curing adhesion of various kinds of components including plastic components. Especially, this method can be industrially utilized with high efficiency in in-line adhesion assembly of various kinds of components, for example, plastic components, such as adhesion assembly of optical disks by adhering plastic plates together. Namely, this method comprises the steps of forming a face for effecting curing acceleration for an anaerobic curing adhesive on one or both of the adhering surfaces of the components to be adhered, coating the anaerobic curing adhesive on one or both of the adhering surfaces of the components, and laying one adhering surface on the other adhering surface of the components.

  • Patent number: 5459206
Abstract: A two-part room temperature curable composition comprising liquid part A containing an organic polymer having reactive silicon groups, and a promoter for the polymerization of a radically-polymerizable monomer as essential components; and liquid part B containing the radically-polymerizable monomer, an initiator for the polymerization of the radically-polymerizable monomer, and an accelerator for the curing of the organic polymer having reactive silicon groups as essential components. The two-part composition can be mixed together at room temperature and has the property of curing rapidly to produce a product with a flexibility equivalent to rubber materials. Thus, when used as a flexible protective coating, potting material, sealing agent or adhesive, this product can reduce working time while guaranteeing high reliability and can prevent pollution of the working environment.

  • Patent number: 5263610
Abstract: A tool for squeezing out a high-viscosity liquid from a flexible plastic tube container includes a spool having a slot in which the bottom of the tube container is received and locked, and a container holder having a pair of opposed bearing portions frictionally and rotatably supporting thereon a body of the spool, and a pair of opposed engagement portions engageable with a body of the tube container as the tube container is wound on the spool body from the bottom thereof. When a rotational force or torque on the spool is released, the spool is urged to rotate in the reverse direction by a resilient force stored in a portion of the flexible plastic tube container wound on the spool body. However, partly due to a friction acting between the spool body and the bearing portions, and partly due to the engagement between one of the engagement portions and the tube container, the spool is held immovable relative to the container holder against the resilient force of the tube container.

  • Patent number: 4753831
Abstract: A cardboard container with anti-slip property is disclosed. It has a synthetic resin layer formed of thermoplastic synthetic resin fine hollow particles of 5 to 50 microns in diameter containing one or more of an inert gas, an active gas, a nonvolatile liquid and a volatile liquid coupled by a synthetic resin component exhibiting an action of a binder. The synthetic resin layer is formed on the outer surface of at least one of bottom and upper walls of the container on the entire surface or a portion of the surface as a spot, a lattice or a stripe. Thus, particular means are not necessary to handle the cardboard container such as packing with a film or binding with bands after stacking a plurality of containers. The anti-slipping effect remains even after the stacked containers are sorted and transferred.

  • Patent number: 4681524
Abstract: A push rod is forwarded to extrude viscous material in a tubular container from the nozzle. When the extrusion of viscous material is finished, i.e. stopping the forward operation of the push rod, the push rod is allowed to go back by a force resulted by expansion of air unavoidably contained, in the tubular container thereby absorbing expansion of air so as to prevent unwanted discharge of the viscous material due to an inner pressure of the tubular container.
