    Abstract: An automated preparation method of a SiCf/SiC composite flame tube, comprising the following steps: preparing an interface layer for a SiC fiber by a chemical vapor infiltration process, and obtaining the SiC fiber with a continuous interface layer; laying a unidirectional tape on the SiC fiber with the continuous interface layer and winding the SiC fiber with the continuous interface layer to form and obtaining a preform of a net size molding according to a fiber volume and a fiber orientation obtained in a simulation calculation; and adopting a reactive melt infiltration process and the chemical vapor infiltration process successively for a densification and obtaining a high-density SiCf/SiC composite flame tube in a full intelligent way. The SiCf/SiC composite flame tube prepared by the present disclosure not only has a high temperature resistance, but also has a low thermal expansion coefficient, high thermal conductivity and high thermal shock resistance.

    Abstract: An oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) iron-based alloy powder and a characterization method thereof are provided. The alloy powder comprises a matrix and strengthening phases. The strengthening phases include at least two types of strengthening phase particles with different sizes, wherein a volume of the particles with a particle size of less than or equal to 50 nm accounts for 85-95% of a total volume of all the strengthening phase particles. The matrix is a Fe—Cr—W—Ti alloy. The characterization method of the ODS iron-based alloy powder comprises separating the strengthening phases from the powder matrix through electrolysis, and analyzing and characterizing the strengthening phases using an electron microscope.

    Abstract: A method and system for identifying a cavity position of a structure based on global search includes: step 1: using a structure requiring cavity position identification as a target area, arranging acoustic emission sensors at key positions of the target area, and acquiring actual travel time of signals between the acoustic emission sensors on site; step 2: constructing cavity models for the target area; and for each cavity model, tracking shortest paths of signal propagation between the acoustic emission sensors when each cavity model exists in the target area, to obtain theoretical travel time of the signals; and step 3: respectively calculating deviations between the theoretical travel time and the actual travel time of the signals between the acoustic emission sensors corresponding to each cavity model, and using a position of a cavity model corresponding to a minimum deviation as an identified cavity position in the target area.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods of using a microRNA-210 inhibitor in preparation of drugs for treating inflammatory skin diseases. The present inventor has demonstrated through a large number of experiments that in vitro inhibition of microRNA-210 expression can significantly enhance the expression of its target gene STAT6, thereby inhibiting proliferation and chemokine CCL20 secretion of keratinocytes, further inhibiting chemotactic T cell migration towards skin lesion, and also inhibiting differentiation of TH1 and TH17. MicroRNA-210 knockout and intradermal injection of a microRNA-210 inhibitor (cholesterol-modified antagomiR-210) on a skin lesion specifically inhibit the expression of microRNA-210, so that skin inflammation in mice can be significantly inhibited, and T cell immune imbalance is mitigated. The present invention provides a new pathophysiological mechanism for inflammatory skin diseases and provides a new strategy for preparing drugs for treating inflammatory skin diseases.

In an embodiment, the passenger distribution is intelligently sensed by means of the characteristics of temperature, humidity and CO2 concentration distribution changes in cars caused by passenger density changes, which avoids the problems of crowd flow and obscuration faced by passenger distribution detection conducted with images, and avoids the difficulty in floor intrusive transformation faced by passenger distribution detection conducted with pressure sensors; the passenger flow is guided by adjusting the brightness of lighting tubes in the cars, for example, the lighting tubes in areas with high passenger density are dimmed, and the lighting tubes in areas with low passenger density are brightened, to guide ordered flow of passengers toward areas with low passenger density.     Abstract: An adjustable deforming composite structure based on a hydrogen-induced expansion effect and a preparation method therefor are provided. The hydrogen-induced expansion effect means metals absorb hydrogen under a hydrogen-containing atmosphere and at a temperature to produce a volume expansion effect. Reactions between the metals and hydrogen are reversible reactions. When a hydrogen partial pressure is reduced or the temperature is increased, the hydrogen in the metals is removed, and the metals are restored to an original shape. Under a stimulation of external hydrogen and heat, a composite of a hydrogen-absorbing metal and other non-hydrogen-absorbing materials undergo an adjustable deformation according to a design, and a material undergoes reversible shape changes. The preparation method is applied to composite materials for a 4D printing and is used for an intelligent shape adjustment at a medium to high temperature.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to the field of ore smelting technology, and particularly provides a method and system for comprehensive recovery and utilization of copper-nickel sulfide ore. Under normal pressure, the method can be used to directly leach copper-nickel sulfide ore concentrate or low-grade nickel matte obtained by matte smelting of copper-nickel sulfide ore. In the leaching process, the leaching rate of nickel, cobalt and iron is up to 99% or more, and copper is hardly leached, whereby the deep separation of copper from elements such as nickel and cobalt is directly realized, and the huge system for copper-nickel separation in the conventional process is omitted. Moreover, noble metals are not leached, and almost all of them remain in the leaching slag with copper, so the destiny is simple.

The present invention greatly improves the enriched concentration of the photosensitizer in tumor cells by taking full advantage of the enhanced uptake and enhanced glycolysis of carbohydrates by tumor cells and the glycosylation of a selenium-containing benzophenoxazine compound, thereby improving the targeting of a diglycosylated benzophenoxazine photosensitizer involved in the present invention in the treatment of cutaneous tumors and also significantly decreasing the toxic and side effects of the photodynamic therapy. The present invention can efficiently and rapidly inhibit the proliferation of cells of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and essentially cause no damage to normal cells.
