    Abstract: A fat cutter and an integrated machine for preparation of in vitro fine-particle fat are provided. The fat cutter includes a fat inlet channel, a fat outlet channel, at least one set of blades disposed between an outlet of the fat inlet channel and an inlet of the fat outlet channel, and a housing that seals a space in which the outlet of the fat inlet channel, the inlet of the fat outlet channel, and the blades are located. A fat inlet of the fat inlet channel is connected to a large-diameter liposuction tube by a liposuction channel, and a fat outlet of the fat outlet channel is connected to a high-negative pressure device. The outlet of the fat inlet channel and the inlet of the fat outlet channel are oppositely provided, and a gap therebetween matches the thickness of the blades.

    Abstract: A method for disinfecting explants of Kadsura coccinea stems with buds and a method for directly inducing rapid proliferation of sterile buds by using the explants of Kadsura coccinea stems with buds involve processes such as selection, treatment and disinfection of explants, primary culture, subculture proliferation culture. The problem of difficulty in tissue culture and primary culture of Kadsura coccinea stems is solved, and the advantages include low contamination rate of explants, high propagation rate and robust proliferation of axillary buds. This allows obtaining sterile axillary buds of Kadsura coccinea through tissue culture, and provides support for tissue culture, rapid propagation and factory seedling of Kadsura coccinea in the future.

    Abstract: A long-term ablation-resistant nitrogen-containing carbide ultra-high temperature ceramic with an ultra-high melting point is prepared as follows: preparing the HfC powder and the HfN powder according to a mass ratio of HfC:HfN=(1-7):1; uniformly mixing the HfC powder and the HfN powder with the carbon powder and the carbon nitride powder to obtain a mixed powder, wherein the amount of the carbon powder and the amount of the carbon nitride powder do not exceed 8.0 wt. % and 5.0 wt. %, respectively, of the mixed powder mass; and performing spark plasma sintering on the mixed powder to produce the ceramic with the ultra-high melting point, a density ?98%, and a uniform C/N content distribution. The ultra-high temperature ceramic is suitable for ultra-high temperature ablation-resistant protection at ?3000° C. The ceramic maintains a close to zero ablation rate and a continuously stable oxidation-resistant protective structure after ablation for 300 s.

Hydrogen is introduced into a rigid closed mold filled with a hydrogen absorption expansion material or filled with the hydrogen absorption expansion material and a material to be densified, and the mold and/or the material to be densified are/is densified by using the volume expansion effect of the hydrogen absorption expansion material. The present method may be used for eliminating residual pores from a metal material so as to improve the properties of the material.

    Abstract: A preparation method of phosphotungstic acid includes mixing a mixed solution containing tungsten, phosphorus and an inorganic acid with an organic-alcohol-containing oil phase for extraction, stripping the obtained supported organic phase and distilled water according to an oil phase:aqueous phase volume ratio of 3:1 to 10:1 to obtain a stripping solution; and carrying out thermal evaporation crystallization or spray drying on the stripping solution to obtain a phosphotungstic acid crystal, wherein the organic alcohol is a C7-C20 alcohol. The inventors have found out that the addition of an inorganic acid to a solution of phosphorus or tungsten and the use of an organic alcohol as an extractant can achieve simultaneous and efficient extraction of phosphotungstic acid. It has also been found that the organic-alcohol-containing oil phase has excellent selectivity for phosphotungstic acid molecules in the mixed solution.

    Abstract: Provided are a method for the modification of a polypeptide and uses. The method comprises the following steps: (1) introducing an X into the N-terminus of a polypeptide, thereby obtaining X-polypeptide; (2) oxidizing the X into an aldehyde group; (3) adding a reducing agent, and covalently coupling the oxidation product obtained in step (2) with PEG, thereby obtaining a PEG-modified polypeptide, wherein X is threonine or serine. In the present application, a single component of PEG-modified polypeptide is obtained by introducing a threonine or serine into the N-terminus of the polypeptide, and deriving the amino alcohol structure at the ortho-position of the N-terminus of the polypeptide as an aldehyde group by using a high-specificity oxidation method and covalently coupling the aldehyde group with PEG.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a nano dispersion copper alloy with high air-tightness and low free oxygen content and a brief manufacturing process thereof, wherein alloy comprises the following components: Al2O3, Ca and La. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps of: preparing Cu—Al2O3 alloy powder by an internal oxidation method; mixing the Cu—Al2O3 alloy powder with Cu—Ca—La alloy powder; sheathing the mixed powder under protection of argon; performing hot extrusion and then rotary forging; vacuumizing the sheath after the rotary forging; and sealing and placing the sheath in a nitrogen atmosphere with a temperature of 450° C. to 550° C. and a pressure intensity of 40 Mpa to 60 Mpa for 3 hours to 5 hours. The dispersion copper prepared by the present disclosure has the advantages of low free oxygen content (?15 ppm), high dimensional stability, good air-tightness and an air leakage rate?1.0×10?10 Pa m3/s after hydrogen annealing.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an application of lncRNAs ENST00000607393 siRNA in preparing a preparation for treating glaucoma. The present invention clarifies the correlation between the expression level of ENST00000607393 and the calcification of human primary trabecular meshwork cells. The expression level of ENST00000607393 in human primary trabecular meshwork cells is firstly down-regulated to 46.21% of a control group by siRNA interference. Under the condition of intervening with the cells by a 500 ?mol/L hydrogen peroxide solution for 48 hours, it is observed that compared with the control group, the down-regulation of ENST00000607393 expression can significantly decrease the ALP activity in human primary trabecular meshwork cells, and thus significantly decrease the calcification level of human primary trabecular meshwork cells to play a role of treating or preventing glaucoma.

The instantaneous high pressure causes the shock waves to crush the ore bed, and the pressure of the shock waves generated by the explosion of the exploding wire can be controlled by controlling the pulse voltage and current, so as to control the crushing head to crush rocks with different thicknesses.

    Abstract: The present invention provides two molecular markers, lncRNAs ENST00000607393 and lncRNAs ENST00000508241, diagnostic kits and applications for glaucoma diagnosis. Compared with people in a control group, the expressions of lncRNAs: ENST00000607393 are all up-regulated in aqueous humors, irises and serums of patients with glaucoma, and the expression of lncRNAs: ENST00000508241 is up-regulated in aqueous humors of patients with glaucoma. It indicates that ENST00000607393 and ENST00000508241 are highly expressed lncRNAs in glaucoma and are biomarkers that contribute to the diagnosis of glaucoma. The present invention provides a strong molecular biology basis for the diagnosis of glaucoma, and has far-reaching clinical significance and generalization performance.

    Abstract: Disclosed are methods of using a microRNA-210 inhibitor in preparation of drugs for treating inflammatory skin diseases. The present inventor has demonstrated through a large number of experiments that in vitro inhibition of microRNA-210 expression can significantly enhance the expression of its target gene STAT6, thereby inhibiting proliferation and chemokine CCL20 secretion of keratinocytes, further inhibiting chemotactic T cell migration towards skin lesion, and also inhibiting differentiation of TH1 and TH17. MicroRNA-210 knockout and intradermal injection of a microRNA-210 inhibitor (cholesterol-modified antagomiR-210) on a skin lesion specifically inhibit the expression of microRNA-210, so that skin inflammation in mice can be significantly inhibited, and T cell immune imbalance is mitigated. The present invention provides a new pathophysiological mechanism for inflammatory skin diseases and provides a new strategy for preparing drugs for treating inflammatory skin diseases.

    Abstract: An alkyl thioether ethyl hydroxamic acid beneficiation reagent and a preparation method and application thereof are provided. The alkyl thioether ethyl hydroxamic acid molecules have two functional groups, a thioether group and a hydroxamate group.     Abstract: A preparation method for an iron-based alloy powder EBSD test sample includes the following steps: surface electrolytic activation of an iron-based powder; ultrasonically cleaning the powder, and drying the powder to obtain a surface activated powder; adding the surface activated powder to a chemical embedding solution for ultrasonic dispersion; after the ultrasonic dispersion, performing a plating process; then heating to 80-92° C. for chemical reaction to prepare an iron-based alloy bulk which coated with nickel. The plating process is as follows: still standing, stirring, and repeating the still standing is taken as a cycle, and at least one cycle is performed to complete the plating process. Then grinding and electropolishing are done to the obtained iron-based alloy bulk coated with nickel to obtain the iron-based alloy powder EBSD test sample.
