Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include systems, methods, computing devices, computer-implemented methods, and the like for modeling and/or simulating performance of a telecommunications network during one or more failure scenarios that reduces computational time and/or power over previous simulation techniques. Modeling and simulating the network may include generating an initial network model from network data information and applying one or more transformations to the initial network model to reduce the size of the model. Following transformation, simulation methods may be applied to the generated network model based on routing characteristics of the components of the network. To reduce the computations utilized to simulate such components and/or routing decisions in the network, one or more simulation algorithms may be applied to the transformed network model to reduce the number of routing decisions simulated.

Abstract: An edge computing telecommunications network is provided for efficiently generating and updating computing models for use at distributed devices connected to different edge compute sites of the network. A network orchestration system may track devices connected to the network and the edge compute sites to which they are connected. The devices may comprise limited computing power and may include sensors or other data collection mechanisms. Raw data may be provided from connected devices to one or more edge compute sites. Edge compute sites may be instructed, e.g., by the network orchestration system, whether to replicate the raw data, modify the data to make it ready for consumption by a computing model, replicate the modified data, refine the computing model, replicate the refined computing model, and/or share some or all of the raw data, modified data, and/or refined computing model with other edge computing sites and/or connected devices.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing automated robocall detection. In various embodiments, a computing system may compare first abstracted raw data, obtained from a portion of call data from a first call from a first originating party, with each of a plurality of abstracted raw data, obtained from portions of call data from a plurality of calls from a corresponding plurality of originating parties. In some instances, the plurality of abstracted raw data and the first abstracted raw data may each include at least one of word count data, phoneme count data, inter-word timing data, voice pitch estimation data, and/or background noise data. The computing system may determine whether the first abstracted raw data is indicative of the first call being a suspected unsolicited or unwanted communication, based at least in part on the comparison. If so, the computing system may perform one or more tasks.

Abstract: A wireless testing system is provided that testing transmission speeds associated with a WLAN or other wireless network. In one instance, a network transmission between a device in a telecommunications network and a modem be measured and initiated via an application executed on a mobile device. One or more Wi-Fi speed tests may also be performed to determine a transmission speed between a wireless device associated with the premises and the modem of the WLAN. To conduct the Wi-Fi speed test, a mobile device (such as the mobile device executing the application) may transmit, in some instances in response to an input to the mobile device, an instruction to the test controller to conduct the Wi-Fi speed test. The measured transmission speeds may be controlled by a controller that may store the speed test results in a network repository available to the mobile device.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing real-time access to remote media production editing functionality. In various embodiments, in response to a request for real-time access to remote media production editing functionalities, a computing system provisions access to a media production software application (“app”) on at least one of compute resources on at least one network edge node among a plurality of network edge nodes. The computing system establish an access connection between the at least one network edge node and a remote media storage system, via remote direct memory access (“RDMA”) functionality. The computing system provides access to at least one media production file that is stored on the remote media storage system via the established access connection, for editing using the instantiated media production app. User input for the instantiated media production app and data, content, and/or editing results may be relayed over the established access connection.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to moving data between cloud-based platforms and on premise databases. A method may include providing a software platform to receive user requests for moving data from cloud platforms to on premise databases; receiving, via the software platform, a user request to move first data from a first cloud platform to a first on premise database accessible to the software platform; executing, based on the user request, using the software platform, a query for the first data; and retrieving, based on executing the query, using the software platform, the first data.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing mobile integrated field-deployed task-based equipment automation system. In various embodiments, a system includes autonomous mobile field equipment systems, an equipment transport system, and a system orchestrator. The system orchestrator is configured to deploy, control, and coordinate the equipment transport system to transport, load, deploy, and receive autonomous mobile field equipment systems, and configured to deploy, control, and coordinate each autonomous mobile field equipment systems to perform the tasks within a deployment location. Each autonomous mobile field equipment system includes a propulsion system, a set(s) of task-based actuators, sensors, a computing system, a communications system, and a power supply system. The set(s) of task-based actuators is configured to perform a set of tasks.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing software-based network probes for monitoring network devices for fault management. In various embodiments, a computing system may receive, from at least one software-based network probe, a first alert associated with a first device among layer 4 devices disposed in a plurality of networks; may parse and store first alert data from the received first alert in a database, in a standardized format; may perform, using an enrichment system, enrichment of the first alert data, by retrieving first enrichment data from one or more second databases and adding the first enrichment data to the parsed and formatted first alert data in the first database to form first consolidated alert data; and may send the first consolidated alert data to a fault management system for display to a user to facilitate addressing of the first alert by the user.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing off-chain functionality for data contained in blocks of blockchain. In various embodiments, a computing system might assemble data extracted from each block of a first block(s) of a first instance of a blockchain in a generated first file(s), the assembled data being organized to mirror how the data is organized and stored in the first block(s); might store, in a secure database, the first file(s), the first file(s) being configured to be content-searchable, content-sortable, and/or content-filterable; might generate a second instance of the blockchain, which contains one or more second blocks, the one or more second blocks each containing the hash value of each corresponding first block(s), without containing the data contained in each block of the first block(s); and might store, in a distributed peer data storage system of the blockchain system, the generated second instance of the blockchain.

Abstract: Customer premises equipment, such as a gateway device, for making a connection to an Internet service provider (ISP) may on occasion be defective or improperly set up, and in such circumstances remote troubleshooting by a technician employed by the Internet service provider may be hampered by the absence of a connection to the customer premises equipment. As such, a system and method for providing a secondary link to customer premises equipment are provided.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing home health monitoring of patients via extension of healthcare system network into customer premises. In various embodiments, a computing system might receive, wirelessly from a data collector assigned to a patient, collected patient data obtained by a patient device(s) associated with the patient. The computing system and/or a management console might establish a network transport link between the computing system and a healthcare data system that is accessible by a healthcare provider(s), and might send the patient data over the network transport link to the healthcare data system. The management console might store the patient data in a portion of the healthcare data system that is allocated to information regarding the patient, wherein the network transport link is configured as a one-way link that prevents access to any data stored in the healthcare data system via the one-way link.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing Inference as a Service. In various embodiments, a computing system may receive a request to perform an AI/ML task on first data, the request including desired parameters, in some cases, without information regarding any of specific hardware, specific hardware type, specific location, or specific network for providing network services for performing the requested AI/ML task. The computing system may identify edge compute nodes within a network based on the desired parameters and/or unused processing capacity of each node. The computing system may identify AI/ML pipelines capable of performing the AI/ML task, the pipelines including neural networks utilizing pre-trained AI/ML models. The computing system may cause the identified nodes to run the identified pipelines to perform the AI/ML task.

Abstract: A method for controlling deployment of network configuration changes includes receiving, by centralized network management system executed by a processor and memory, configuration change instructions to alter a configuration of a network; computing, by the centralized network management system, a weighted impact of the configuration change instructions; determining, by the centralized network management system, whether the weighted impact of the configuration change instructions exceeds a threshold impact level; and in response to determining that the weighted impact does not exceed the threshold impact level, executing the configuration change instructions.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing DyCon IPVPN functionalities. In various embodiments, a DyCon IPVPN system includes a gateway device, a plurality of orchestrators, and a plurality of task managers. The gateway device is configured to request an orchestrator from an orchestrator factory based on data contained in a request to perform a network provisioning service; and to instruct the orchestrator to perform the network provisioning service. The orchestrator is configured to request a task manager from a task factory based on a task type associated with a first task among one or more DyCon IPVPN tasks associated with the network provisioning service; and to instruct the task manager to perform the first task. The task manager is configured to perform at least one of creating the first task, triggering execution of the first task, or updating the first task, and/or the like.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques for providing an in-line AI virtual assistant are provided. A system includes a session border controller coupled to an end-user device, and a session initiation protocol stack. The session initiation protocol stack includes a processor, and non-transitory computer readable media comprising instructions executable by the processor to: receive, from the session border controller, a call invite request; provision, via the AI virtual assistant service, an AI virtual assistant instance in response to the call invite request; and join the AI virtual assistant instance to a call with the end-user device.

Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing easy digital subscriber line (“DSL”) signal detection. In various embodiments, after a connector of a signal detector has been inserted into a network service port, a processor of the signal detector may determine whether a pilot tone is present on at least one signal wire communicatively coupled to the network service port, the pilot tone being indicative of network service being ready for provision via the at least one signal wire. If so, the processor of the signal detector may cause a display device to indicate to a user that the network service port is ready to provide the network service. A modem can then be installed by connecting with the network service port. The connector, the processor, and the display device are integrated within a single, compact, handheld form factor of the signal detector.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes providing end-to-end call identity validation of a forwarded call. Identity information associated with a received call invite may be temporarily stored and reused for the forwarded call when a determination is made that the called party is likely to forward the call. If the inbound call is diverted (forwarded) by the called device, a call invite comprising an indication that the invite has been diverted (forwarded) by the called device may be received. The system may match data associated with the diverted call invite with the stored identity information. In some examples, the SHAKEN identity header and SHAKEN token is stored and may be attached to the diverted call invite. DIV authentication may then be performed, and the diverted call invite comprising SHAKEN and DIV identity headers may be provided to the forward-to destination.

Abstract: Aspects of the present application comprise an edge-based polymorphic network and associated agentless security solutions. Present systems and methods may effectively shapeshift the network through network topology management, node templates, link templates, and network packet manipulation. Using agentless techniques, the network may be reshaped when attacks are detected in a manner that impacts only the attacker, and an agentless color theory security solution may be used to dynamically protect network traffic.

Abstract: A system and method for mitigating anomalies in a network device. One or a combination of mitigation actions may be pre-programmed into a plurality of customer premises equipment (CPE) devices. The mitigation actions may be available as temporary or permanent work arounds as problems are detected that match known or discovered patterns of log events. Unsupervised machine learning techniques may be used to identify and correlate new patterns of log events with device anomalies or malfunctions. When a new pattern of log events is discovered and correlated to an anomaly or malfunction in a group of CPE devices, the discovered pattern may be written to the group of CPE devices with instructions to use particular ones of the mitigation actions. The CPE devices can then, in examples, monitor their own logs to detect the patterns and implement one or more of the mitigation actions.

Abstract: A tool is provided to configure an edge compute environment of a network. The edge compute configuration tool may generate a configuration process for instantiating an edge compute environment at an edge site of a network including configuring one or more of the components of the edge compute environment. The configuration process may be based on seeding data and/or information provided to the edge compute configuration tool via a user interface and/or from one or more databases associated with the network. The configuration process may further include generating automatically executed configuration instructions that communicate with the devices of the edge compute environment to configure operational processes of the devices, provision communication ports, establish one or more network addresses with the devices, etc. In some instances, the edge compute configuration tool may execute one or more micro-services to communicate with and control configuration of the devices of the edge compute environment.
