Abstract: Provided are methods relating to compositions that include a CDP-topoisomerase inhibitor, e.g., a CDP-camptothecin or camptothecin derivative conjugate, e.g., CRLX101.
Abstract: Described herein are conjugates (e.g., therapeutic peptide-polymer conjugates and protein-polymer conjugates) and particles, which can be used, for example, in the treatment of a disorder such as cancer. Also described herein are mixtures, compositions and dosage forms containing the particles, methods of using the particles (e.g., to treat a disorder), kits including the conjugates (e.g., therapeutic peptide-polymer conjugates and protein-polymer conjugates) and particles, methods of making the conjugates (e.g., therapeutic peptide-polymer conjugates and protein-polymer conjugates) and particles, methods of storing the particles and methods of analyzing the particles.

Abstract: The present invention relates to novel compositions of therapeutic cyclodextrin containing polymeric compounds designed as a carrier for small molecule therapeutics delivery and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. These cyclodextrin-containing polymers improve drug stability and solubility, and reduce toxicity of the small molecule therapeutic when used in vivo. Furthermore, by selecting from a variety of linker groups and targeting ligands the polymers present methods for controlled delivery of the therapeutic agents. The invention also relates to methods of treating subjects with the therapeutic compositions described herein. The invention further relates to methods for conducting pharmaceutical business comprising manufacturing, licensing, or distributing kits containing or relating to the polymeric compounds described herein.

Abstract: The present invention relates to novel compositions comprising polymeric moieties covalently attached to therapeutic agents, wherein the therapeutic agent is attached to the polymeric moiety through a tether. By selecting from a variety of tether groups and targeting ligands the polymers present methods for controlled delivery of the therapeutic agents. The invention also relates to methods of treating subjects with the therapeutic compositions described herein.

Abstract: The invention relates to the liquid and lyophilized formulations of small particulates, liposomes, and micelles, and methods for making and using the formulations. In particular, at least in some embodiments, the present invention relates to the production and lyophilization of PEGylated nanoparticles, microparticles, micelles, and liposomes for use and administration in to a subject.
Abstract: In one aspect, the present invention provides a process for forming polymeric nanoparticles, which comprises using a static mixer to create a mixed flowing stream of an anti-solvent, e.g., by introducing a liquid anti-solvent into a static mixer, and introducing a polymer solution into the mixed flowing anti-solvent stream such that controlled precipitation of polymeric nanoparticles occurs. The nanoparticles can then be separated from the anti-solvent stream.
