Abstract: A smart charging method can supply a charging device with power, and the charging device includes charging regions disposed inside thereof, and each charging region includes sockets for charging mobile electronic devices. The charging device includes a control circuit to perform automatic charging control on the mobile electronic devices plugged into the charging regions. During process of the automatic charging control, inrush current is filtered out, and when the total current required by at least two charging regions is higher than a maximal current supply value, the at least two charging regions take turn to charge for a first charging period; otherwise, the charging regions satisfying the condition, and remaining charging region can take turn to charge for a second charging period until the mobile electronic devices are fully charged. The smart charging method can filter out inrush current and effectively increase the charging efficiency.

Abstract: A strip-shaped elastic member, which is adapted for being formed into an ear loop of a mask, includes a first end, a second end opposite to the first end, and a stretchable portion located between the first end and the second end and having a wave structure. When the strip-shaped elastic member is formed into the ear loop of the mask, the wave structure is adapted for contacting the ear of the user wearing the mask, thereby providing comfortable wearing experience to the user. Besides, resulted from the stretchable portion having the wave structure, the strip-shaped elastic member has a relatively larger stretchable length. A mask including a mask body and two ear loops formed from the aforesaid strip-shaped elastic members is disclosed too.

Abstract: A rolled sheet material dispenser, used for dispensing a sheet material on a reel, includes a box and a clamping assembly. The clamping assembly includes a first clamping member, a second clamping member and at least one elastic member. The first clamping member or/and the second clamping member may be a roller. The roller is pivotally connected to the box through a pair of rolling bearings and adjacent to a dispensing opening. The roller is connected with the elastic member so that the roller can be displaced by an elastic force of the elastic member to a clamping position and can be supported by the rolling bearings to clamp the sheet material stably.

Abstract: A multicolored aglet connected to a shoelace has a unit slice, a pattern layer, and a white background layer. The unit slice is formed into two aglet bodies that are respectively sheathed on two ends of the shoelace, and has a mounting portion. The mounting portion of the unit slice is stuck to an outer side of the unit slice. The pattern layer is printed on and covers the inner side of the unit slice excluding the mounting portion, and is located between the unit slice and the shoelace. The white background layer is printed on the pattern layer and is located between the pattern layer and the shoelace. A method for producing the multicolored aglet is also provided.

Abstract: An accelerator-equipped pneumatic cylinder includes a cylinder block, a switch valve, and pneumatic cylinder. The cylinder block defines therein a piston chamber and a pressure chamber. The switch valve has a valve seat installed in the cylinder block and between the piston chamber and the pressure chamber. A controller is installed in the valve seat for controlling the piston chamber and the pressure chamber to be communicated with each other or not. The pneumatic cylinder has a piston portion received in the piston chamber, and has a shaft portion extending outward from the cylinder block. At a moment when a channel is made opened by the controller and the piston chamber and the pressure chamber come into communication with each other, the piston portion is pushed by a pressure medium at an accelerated speed, so that the shaft portion is pushed outside the piston chamber at the accelerated speed.

Abstract: A fast tool changing method with pre-unclamping step for controlling operations of the spindle, tool unclamping cylinder, and tool changing arm. The spindle has one end clamping the tool at the clamping position. The method includes following steps. In a tool pre-unclamping step, the clamp end of the spindle moves the used tool to a pre-unclamping position; the tool unclamping cylinder pushes the used tool to leave a taper of the spindle. In a tool changing step, the tool changing arm rotates to clamp the used tool and pulls the used tool away from the clamp end, and further aligns a target tool with the clamp end. In a tool inserting step, the tool changing arm inserts the target tool into the clamp end, to be clamped therein. Therefore, the tool unclamping and tool clamping operations are accelerated.

Abstract: A firmware update method for a smart charging device is disclosed. First, firmware of a first board is updated, and the first board then sets work flags to second, third board and fourth boards. The first board queries a firmware version of the second board, and then presets the work flag of a firmware version as false. When the firmware version of the second board is older, the first board sets the work flag as true, and updates the firmware of the second board, and sets the work flag as false. The first board again queries whether the work flag is set as true, when the firmware versions of the second and first boards are the same, the work flag is set as false. According to the above procedures, the firmware of the third and fourth boards is updated, so as to completely update firmware of all boards.

Abstract: Systems, devices, controllers and methods for providing a DC (direct current) motor controller for ceiling fans, that can include retrofitting a DC motor controlled ceiling fan with a single remote control device. Another embodiment is for providing a DC motor controller for ceiling fans, that can include retrofitting a DC motor controlled ceiling fan with a single remote control device within the ceiling fan with a WiFi control device within the ceiling fan. Other embodiments can include using combinations of a wireless remote controller with a smart phone and with mechanical switches and/or with hardwired wall mounted controls, and the like.

Abstract: A smart charging device includes a plurality of charging regions, and each charging region includes DC charging sockets disposed therein and configured to charge the mobile electronic devices. The smart charging device includes a to-be-charged device connection detection module, a power detection module, an abnormal detection processing module, a power overload processing module, a periodic alternating charging module, an abnormal charging processing module, a to-be-charged module, a remaining power charging module. These modules can process various conditions of the mobile electronic devices during charging process, so as to take turn to charge the external mobile electronic devices by allocating time to the charging regions, and implement power management mechanism.

Abstract: A shoemaking machine includes a sewing device having a cantilever unit, a work platform and a clamping frame unit. The cantilever unit has a sewing needle extending toward the clamping frame unit. A driving device is disposed on the cantilever unit, and includes a movable seat that is movable toward and away from the clamping frame unit. An ultrasonic positioning device is connected to the cantilever unit, and includes a welding head facing the clamping frame unit. The clamping device is connected to the movable seat and has a clamping space. The ultrasonic positioning device is inserted into the clamping space and is clamped by the clamping device.

Abstract: An adsorption positioning device suitable for installation on a cutting machine, which is suitable for cutting a material unit, includes a platform and two platen units. The platform includes a table for supporting the material unit, and a plurality of air holes extending through the table. The platen units are disposed on the table. The table and each platen unit are configured for cooperating with a lateral side of the material unit to define a channel that communicates with corresponding ones of air holes. The channel and the air holes are suitable for causing the material unit to be adsorbed on the table under a negative pressure state.

Abstract: A tool exchange device for tool magazine includes a base having a driving member, a pressure cylinder, a movement member pivotally connected to the base adjacent to the driving member, and a tool retrieving member disposed on the movement member. The driving member has a connection portion and a twisting portion. The pressure cylinder has a piston rod pivotally connected to the connection portion for driving the driving member. The twisting portion is removably received in a receiving portion of the movement member. With the rotation of the driving member, the twisting portion forces the movement member to move along an arc shape route, such that the movement member rotates by an angle, and the tool retrieving member sways between a vertical and horizontal positions. Therefore, the tool exchange device is driven with a lower force, and the tool retrieving tool stably sways.

The base includes a placing plate and a connecting part disposed on the placing plate. The lifting rod includes a rod disposed on the connecting part and including teeth arranged longitudinally. The adjusting device includes a connecting holder mounted on the rod, and the bottom of the connecting holder is pivotally connected to an engaging member which is jointed with a linking device. The placing plate can be placed on desktop and a support plate disposed on the connecting part can be adjusted in position. Abstract: A safe curtain control assembly which does not require screws to assemble is revealed. The safe curtain control assembly includes a stopping portion located on a wall of a cavity of a base forming a raised structure, and a recessed area is formed by the wall of the cavity and the stopping portion. A sleeve, an elastic member and a drive member are mounted within the cavity of the base in turn. A second stopping flange of the drive member is positioned in the recessed area between the wall of the cavity and the stopping portion for preventing the sleeve, the elastic member, and the drive member assembled from being released. Thereby the base, the sleeve, the elastic member and the drive member are secured firmly without screws so as to save time and cost for each assembly.
