    Abstract: An interleaved flyback converter device with leakage energy recycling includes: two flyback converters and an input power. Each flyback converter includes a capacitor, a switch, two diodes, and a transformer. The input power is connected to the capacitors of the two flyback converters respectively. By using the capacitors as input voltage, the two flyback converters are provided with lower voltage rating. The diodes are used to recycle leakage energy directly, and to clamp voltage on power components. Therefore, in addition to enhancing efficiency via recycling leakage energy, the two flyback converters have lower switching losses due to lower switching voltage.

    Abstract: This invention relates to an integrated photodetecting device. The integrated photodetecting device includes a substrate, a light source layer and a photodetector layer. The photodetector layer and light source layer are epitaxied in a stacked structure. The whole device in this invention is fabricated by epitaxy method during a single process. Therefore, the production cost can be reduced by the omission of alignment process. Besides, the integrated photodetecting device of the invention integrates the light source and photodetector into one chip, hence has the ability of minimization, resulting in the reduction of consumption of samples and test time. The distance between the photodetector layer and targets to be tested can also be largely reduced, making the accuracy and sensitivity largely improved, and the kinds of detectable targets largely increased. Furthermore, the integrated photodetecting device of the invention is a portable device so as to increase the possibility of preventive medicine.

The interface system of an image-capturing device includes a display unit, a touch sensor unit, and a control unit. The display unit displays a variety of setting pictures of the image-capturing device. The touch sensor unit senses a touch of a user so as to change the setting pictures displayed on the display unit. The control unit is connected with the display unit and the touch sensor unit, for controlling the operation of the image-capturing device. The disclosed interface system of an image-capturing device enables the user to adjust various kinds of exposure parameters quickly and intuitively.

    Abstract: A control circuit controls a power output module and drives a load device. The control circuit includes a conversion unit, a feed-forward unit, a feedback unit and a control unit. The conversion unit generates a driving signal according to an output signal of the power output module for driving the load device. The feed-forward unit generates a duty cycle reference signal according to the output signal. The feedback unit generates a feedback signal according to the driving signal.     Abstract: A photo-sensitive composite film is disclosed, which includes plural metal nano-particles and a porous anodized aluminum oxide film. The nanoparticles can be hollow or solid with unrestricted shapes of varying diameters and lengths. The plural metal nanoparticles are completely contained in holes and attached to the bottom of the holes of the anodized aluminum oxide film, and the electrical conductivity of the photo-sensitive anodized aluminum oxide film can be changed by light exposure on the metal nanoparticles from surfaces of the anodized aluminum oxide film. The structure of the photo-sensitive anodized aluminum oxide film of the present invention is uncomplicated and the manufacturing steps thereof are simple, and therefore the photo-sensitive anodized aluminum oxide film of the present invention is of great commercial value.
