At least one locking projection is arranged on top portion of the wall and extends to the mating channel. The male connector includes a bottom board and a plurality of side boards to form a male housing coupling with the pedestal of the female connector. While the male connector is inserted in the female connector, the locking projection presses the bottom board of the male connector. Thereby, the female connector and the male connector of the board-to-board connector assembly are firmly engaged together.
Abstract: A heat sink includes a plurality of metal plate members fastened together in a stack. Each metal plate member includes a main body, a first sidewall extending from a first side of the main body and having a through hole, a second sidewall extending from a second side of the main body, a retaining lug extending from the first sidewall and having a retaining hole, and a protrusion suspended in the through hole such that the retaining lug of one metal plate member is insertable into the through hole of another metal plate member, and the protrusion of one metal plate member is engageable into the retaining hole of the retaining lug of another metal plate member.
Abstract: A micromachined structure includes: a first plate formed with a first groove; a second plate disposed over the first plate and formed with a second groove, the second groove meandering across the first groove so as to cooperate with the first groove to form at least two intersections; and an isolating member attached to and sandwiched between the first plate and the second plate and isolating the first groove from the second groove. The isolating member has at least two driving parts, each of which spans a respective one of the intersections, and each of which is flexible so as to be able to flex into the first groove at the respective one of the intersections when the pressure in the second groove is increased.
Abstract: A method for fabricating a polybenzoxazole/clay nanocomposite material includes performing an ion exchange reaction between an organic amine and Na+-montmorillonite to form a swelled organoclay. A polycondensation reaction is conducted between two types of monomers, isophthaloyl chloride and 2,2-bis (3-amino-4-hydroxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane to form a polybenzoxaxole precursor polyhydroxyamide to form a PBO/clay composite material.
Abstract: A heat sink includes a plurality of first fins each having a flat base and two parallel sidewalls perpendicularly extending from two sides of the flat base in same direction and having a first height, and a plurality of second fins each having a flat base arranged in parallel to the flat base of each first fin and two sidewalls perpendicularly extending from two sides of the flat base of the second fin in same direction and having a second height, which is substantially not equal to the first height.
Abstract: The present invention provides a module connector including a housing having four sidewalls that define a chamber for receiving a module therein. Each sidewall defines a plurality of contact recesses. A plurality of contacts is accommodated in the contact recesses and electrically contact with the module. A pivotal cover has a top pressing cover, at least a pivotal arm and at least a locking claw extending downwardly from the top pressing cover. The pivotal arm pivotally mounts the pivotal cover on the housing to enable the pivotal cover to pivot between an open position to enable the module to be inserted in the chamber and a closed position with the top pressing cover pressing downwardly on the top of the module to prevent the module from being pulled out. The locking claw latches the pivotal cover in the closed position.

Abstract: A module connector includes an insulated component, a plurality of contacts inside the module connector and a housing shell outside of the module connector. The insulated component has four sidewalls that define an inserting space to receive another module. Each sidewall has a plurality of contacts parallel L-shaped slots to accommodate the contacts that are electrically connected with the outside module. The housing shell has four side containing walls. A pressing pin and an elastic pin are extended from the top of each side-containing wall towards the inserting space. The pressing pins prop downwardly the outside module.

Abstract: A memory card connector with a push-push mechanism has a sliding member and a sliding pin. The sliding pin is bent into a specific shape and has a linkage portion and a clasping portion, wherein the clasping portion can be located at predetermined positions of a housing of the memory card connector alternately. The sliding member can be slid to the corresponding positions according to the insertion and the rejection of a memory card. A recess portion is formed on the front end of the sliding member with a retaining hole defined thereon for engaging with the linkage portion. The indented depth of the recess portion on the sliding member is substantially equal to the thickness of the sliding pin so that the top of the sliding pin is substantially at the same level as the surface of the sliding member. Thus, the memory card connector has the advantages of high durability and reliability and reduced thickness.
Abstract: A method for rapid prototyping by using plane light as sources treats the raw material by two stages. The first stage includes a step of spreading raw material onto a defined zone by nozzles and rolling the material to have a flat surface and a step of illuminating the raw materials by plane light and electronic beams to cause a first time of physical or chemical changes. The second stage includes a step of using more powerful plane light source with cooperation with portable Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) or Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) to scan the selected zones of the material to cause a second time of physical or chemical changes, and a step of stacking the 2-D images so as to obtain a solid work piece.
Abstract: A connector assembly includes a plug connector and a receptacle connector. The plug connector includes a dielectric body which has at least two rows of male contact receiving holes extending therethrough and a passageway defined between the two rows of male contact receiving holes. A male latch mechanism is mounted in the passageway. The male latch mechanism has two latch arms and a flexible beam flexibly connecting the latch arms. The receptacle connector has a receiving cavity for receiving the plug connector. A female latch mechanism is positioned in the receiving cavity. The female latch mechanism has an engaging component at its free end for engaging with the latch arms of the male latch mechanism, thereby locking the plug connector to the receptacle connector.
