    Abstract: An integrated circuit test device includes a carrying base with a probe station installed thereon, a clamping and positioning mechanism and a cover plate. The clamping and positioning mechanism includes a lower base, an elastic piece, an upper base and a pair of elastic arms. The lower base is arranged corresponding to the probe station. The elastic piece is elastically clamped between the probe station and the lower base. The upper base is stacked on the lower case and disposed with a chip socket. The pair of elastic arms is movably arranged in the chip socket. The cover plate is fixed to the carrying base. The cover plate is disposed with an opening corresponding to the chip socket. A sliding structure (A) is disposed between the pair of elastic arms and the cover plate for enabling the pair of elastic arms to clamp and fix the integrated circuit.

    Abstract: A memory comprised of a plurality of single port SRAM memory cells, each driven by two word lines in an asynchronous manner has a hold mode, a read mode and a write mode. Each of the single port SRAM memory cells includes a first write switch, a second write switch and a latch. The first write switch is electrically connected to a first word line and is turned on by a first turn-on signal transmitted by the first word line. The second write switch is electrically connected to a second word line and is turned on by a second turn-on signal transmitted by the second word line. When the memory is in the write mode, the second write switch is turned on by the second turn-on signal having a delay with respect to the first turn-on signal, thereby blocking the pseudo read of the unselected memory cell.

The asymmetric structure comprises a dense layer and a porous layer. The content of phosphoric acid introduced into the polybenzimidazole membrane reaches 20 phosphoric acid molecules per polymer repeating unit. The proton conductivity of the polybenzimidazole membrane reaches 5×10?2 siemens per centimeter (S/cm). An electrode made with the polybenzimidazole membrane can be smoothly operated in a proton exchange membrane fuel cell.

The turning manipulation performance of the tires in sandy land can be highly improved while the straight-running traction performance is not affected due to the above configuration of the invention.

Therefore, the method according to the present invention is amenable to application in regenerative medicine, tissue engineering, and therapy using umbilical cord blood and other cell sources such as peripheral blood, stem cells, tissue progenitor cells, and tissue cells.

The embeddable micro-needle patch for transdermal drug delivery comprises a supporting substrate, on which the surface includes a plurality of extruded supporting shafts; a biodegradable carrier, which is formed of biodegradable polymer material and disposed on the supporting shaft; and drugs, which are encapsulated in the biodegradable carrier. When the embeddable micro-needle patch for transdermal drug delivery is attached to the skin for a predetermined time, the biodegradable carrier is separated from the supporting shafts and embedded into the skin, and the biodegradable carrier may swell and then degrade, so as to release the drugs, which are encapsulated in the biodegradable carrier, at a rate of 1%-99% loaded drug per day into the skin. Accordingly, velocity of releasing the drugs may be regulated, so as to sustain the drug efficacy.

When the temperature at the mediate lower position of the conveying pipe is increased to reach a preset value, the control valve is opened to pour the pure magnesium particles into the conveying pipe to form a magnesium vapor, and an argon regulating valve is opened to introduce the argon into the conveying pipe so as to add the magnesium vapor to a steel liquid by carrying of the argon.
