    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hot rolling high-pressure fluid descaling method and descaling apparatus. The apparatus comprises at least one descaling unit, a axial direction of a main pipe header of the descaling unit and a rolling stock transportation direction intersect. Each nozzle ejects fluid onto a surface of the rolling stock to form an impact region. The adjacent impact regions are presented in an alternate pattern on the surface of the rolling stock. The center lines of the impact regions along a longitudinal direction are spaced apart by a specific distance, and the center lines are essentially perpendicular to the rolling stock transportation direction. The interference caused by the rebounding of the jet sprays from the adjacent nozzles is reduced. Hence, the descaling quality is improved, that is, the roll-in-scale in the surface of the products is reduced and the surface quality of the products is enhanced.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an RFID tag holder, which comprises an RFID tag carrier used to carry an RFID tag, and a base having a circular surface, a holding portion and at least one magnetic component disposed therein. The shape of the circular surface matches that of the disposing hole, the magnetic component is used to make the disposing hole magnetically attachable to combine the base with the disposing hole, and two clip arms of a holding unit grip the holding portion and hold the RFID tag carrier after passing through two through holes of a metal substrate. The RFID tag holder has the following advantages: fast installation, low cost and reusability; is suitable for disposing holes with any depth and size; reduced interference and improved reading effect; no extra processing cost; dust-proof, water-proof and oil-resistant; and better composability, extensibility and flexibility.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an RFID tag having capacitive load, including: an antenna unit, a capacitive load and an RFID device. The antenna unit includes two metal sheets and a conductive substrate, and the metal sheets are disposed at a corresponding position above the conductive substrate and electrically connected to the conductive substrate. The capacitive load is electrically connected to the metal sheets. The RFID device feeds the antenna unit by electrically connecting to the metal sheets or coupling. This dramatically decreases the operating frequency, so the imaginary part of impedance is higher with the same size of the antenna unit, thereby reducing the size of the RFID tag. As a result, the weight is reduced, the manufacture process is simplified and the subsequent structure can be easily adjusted.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a cobalt (Co) alloy-based ceramic composite sputtering target is provided. A cobalt ingot and a chromium (Cr) ingot are melted in vacuum and then nebulized to form a cobalt-chromium (CoCr) alloy powder. Additionally, a ceramic powder and a platinum powder are wetly mixed to form a platinum-ceramic (Pt-ceramic) slurry, in which the ceramic powder is applied onto the platinum powder's surface uniformly. Next, the CoCr alloy powder and the Pt-ceramic slurry are wetly mixed to form a CoCrPt-ceramic slurry. Thereafter, the CoCrPt-ceramic slurry is dried, molded and compressed to form the cobalt alloy-based ceramic composite sputtering target. The resulted cobalt alloy-based ceramic composite sputtering target, which has a fine and dense structure, uniform composition and lower magnetic permeability, is beneficial to a magnetron sputter deposition process, as well as a film sputtering process used in the magnetic recording industry.
