Abstract: An improved pressure balancer is mounted to a water inlet passage of a mixing faucet. Its improvement is characterized by the adoption of a mixing chamber, defined at one end of a valve control shaft, in which a plurality of upright turbulence rods are disposed, and a pair of identical silencing screens that are fit in the mixing chamber at the same time so as to effectively reduce the operational noise of a faucet. Moreover, a threaded flange is provided next to the rubber diaphragm on a balance rod to allow a compression nut to be mounted to the balance rod with one side thereof in abutment against the diaphragm. Thus, the diaphragm can be protected from being overturned inside out as a result of excessive water pressure applied to the diaphragm in operation.
Abstract: A protective guide sleeve structure of a pulling type faucet including a protective guide sleeve. An upper end of the guide sleeve is disposed with a trumpet-shaped opening. A long restricting plate and two short restricting plates upward extend from a rear lateral edge of the opening. When assembled, the guide sleeve is fitted into an adapter from a cut section thereof with the trumpet-shaped opening abutting against a lower edge of the cut section. An extensible guide tube of a sprinkling head is passed through the cut section of the adapter and the protective guide sleeve. When the extensible guide tube is Pulled outward or retracted inward, the trumpet-shaped opening of the guide sleeve guides the extensible guide tube to smoothly move outward or inward and the protective guide sleeve protects the extensible guide tube from abrasion.
Abstract: A mixing faucet equipped with a diverter valve assembly having a specially designed seal sleeve has multiple discharge outlets. A pipe combination set having a closed end in communication with a hot and cold water tube and provided with a number of outlet tubes is mounted to a faucet body. The seal sleeve having a number of tubular discharge protrusions in conformance to the outlet tubes of the pipe combination set is housed in the pipe combination set. A diverter valve having an opened end and a water outlet is engaged with the seat sleeve that are housed in the pipe combination set. The diverter valve is controllably rotated so as to make the water outlet selectively register with one of the tubular discharge protrusions of the seal sleeve for control of the discharge path of a faucet. Besides, the diverter valve is provided with a spring biased retaining pin that is selectively engaged with one of a number of positioning holes on a knob so as to make the operation of the knob quick and precise.
Abstract: A fixing structure for use in a combination tap having a water discharging device, an engaging seat, a big fixing nut, a combination tap, a bolt, a nut, and two ring washers. The water discharging device is provided with a three-staged section at one end wherein three consecutive small, mid, and large stages are arranged from top to bottom defining the interior wall thereof. The upper section of the engaging seat having a protruding ring flange, two locating rib plates and two water stopper rings disposed thereon can be mounted onto the three-staged section of the water discharging device with the two water stopper rings being abutted against the small stage, the two locating rib plates against the mid-stage, and the protruding ring flange against the large stage of the three-staged section of the water discharging pipe.
Abstract: A wall-mounted tap has a single removable shower head spout., and more particularly the tap is equipped with a check valve and a vacuum breaker so as to avoid filthy water from being reversely sucked into the running water supply system by way of the shower head plunged in a sink in a fire extinguishing process. The tap includes a tap mount, a tap body, a valve mount, a vacuum breaker, a check valve, a pair of hot and cold water inlet pipes and a water outlet pipe and a removable hand held shower head. The vacuum breaker is made up of a nut, a valve stem and a spring. The spring is securely mounted onto the valve stem that is housed both in a hole on a vertical tubular tap seat and a receiving hole in communication with the water outlet pipe on the valve mount and is locked in place by the nut. The check valve coupled to one end of the water outlet pipe is mounted onto the valve mount to which the hot and cold water inlet pipes and the water outlet pipe are connected so as to produce a double check effect.
Abstract: A pressure balancer structure for water passage of combination faucet mainly including a balancing rod and a balancing membrane. The balancing rod and the balancing membrane can smoothly perform pressure balancing operation and the balancing membrane can be stably secured on the balancing rod. The balancing membrane is planely concaved toward the hot or cold water pressurized face so that the balancing rod can be concentrically axially accurately displaced.
Abstract: A wall type combination faucet structure in which a balancer is located and prevented from being displaced so as to avoid leakage at adjoining portion between the balancer and the faucet body. The adjoining portions between the open end of the faucet body and the cold and hot water inlets are forcedly sealed to achieve a good leakproof effect. The handle can be rotated within 0 degree to 135 degrees to accurately adjust the necessary water temperature. The thread sleeve can be screwed into or out of the cavity to a certain extent so as to shade the exposed clearance between the handle knob and the large decorative cap and achieve a good appearance of the faucet body as well as retain and balance the handle knob.
Abstract: An extensible faucet structure for a kitchen cabinet including a faucet body, a spout, a combination seat, an inner gasket seat, a panel, a locking nut, a pad member, two bolts and two locking trays. The faucet body includes a control handle disposed at an upper end thereof and a circular insertion mouth laterally extending from one side thereof. An insertion section is disposed at one end of the spout to which an extensible guide tube is connected. The combination seat is formed with an internal combination chamber. A bottom of the combination seat is disposed with a locating block formed with three thread holes on a bottom face thereof for communicating with the combination chamber. The three thread holes are respectively connected with a cold water incoming hose, a hot water incoming hose and an outgoing hose with different lengths. A thread socket is disposed on a plane cut face of the locating block. A projecting block with a stepped hole is disposed at an upper end of an inner edge of the gasket seat.
