Abstract: The disclosure discloses a spinning process of a magnesium alloy wheel hub, which comprises the following steps: step 1, heating a magnesium alloy bar at 350-430° C. and keeping the temperature for 20 minutes; step 2, initially forging and forming on the bar under a forging press, wherein the forging down-pressing speed is 6-15 mm/s; step 3, finally forging and forming on the bar under a forging press, wherein the forging down-pressing speed is 5-8 mm/s; step 4, stress relief annealing on the final forged magnesium alloy blank; step 5, solid dissolving on the annealed magnesium alloy blank; step 6, taking out the solid-dissolved blank and directly spinning by a spinning machine; step 7, heating treatment and aging treatment. The magnesium alloy wheel hub with excellent performance is obtained by the process, and the spinning process and processing efficiency are greatly improved.
Abstract: A riser tube coating for a cast aluminum alloy includes a coating-riser tube contact layer material and a coating-aluminum liquid contact layer material. The present invention has a coating protection effect to the maximum mainly by designing ratios of ZrO, Al2O3, ZnO, binders and other materials and a coat drying heat treatment process, and finally realizes effects of protecting a riser tube, being free of aluminum sticking and prolonging a service life.
Abstract: The application relates to an aluminum alloy hub and a method for coating the surface of the aluminum alloy hub. The aluminum alloy hub is provided with an aluminum alloy matrix and a coating attached to the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix, and the coating sequentially includes a pre-coating layer formed by nickel-coated aluminum or aluminum-coated nickel powder, a Cr3C2 layer and a varnish layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy matrix. According to the aluminum alloy hub disclosed by the invention, more excellent corrosion resistance is obtained by spraying the Cr3C2 layer on the surface of the aluminum alloy hub.
Abstract: Disclosed is a hole wall thickness gauge. In the technical solution, a deburring function and a measurement function are integrated, and measurement is completed while deburring is completed. Abstract: A sound absorber unit and a vehicle wheel having a sound absorber device are provided. The sound absorber devices includes at least one sound absorber unit or at least one sound absorber assembly which is composed of a plurality of sound absorber units. The sound absorber unit is constructed into a box body in a hexahedron shape and forms a three-layer Helmholtz resonance sound absorption structure with double holes and single holes combined, and meanwhile, the sound absorber unit or the sound absorber assembly forms a structural resonance sound absorber. The double-absorption wheel air chamber sound resonance function organically combining Helmholtz resonance sound absorption and structural resonance sound absorption can be realized.
