Abstract: The present disclosure provides an aluminum alloy coating, an aluminum alloy wheel hub and a spraying method of an aluminum alloy wheel hub. The aluminum alloy coating includes a base powder layer, a main body layer and a transparent powder layer from inside to outside. The main body layer includes at least two prime coat layers and at least two colored paint layers which are superposed in a preset order.

Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of automobile chassis suspension system tests, and provides a wheel acceleration torque system and test equipment for an automobile chassis simulation road test. The automatic connection and separation mechanism is connected with a transmission shaft of a wheel; the automatic connection and separation mechanism can apply acceleration torque of the torque shaft to the transmission shaft, and can separate the acceleration torque applied to the transmission shaft; and the wheel acceleration torque system and the test equipment can adapt to the requirement for applying the acceleration torque in a test of a test bench, simulate to apply the acceleration torque which the wheel bears in the actual road running process, ensure that a test state of a tested wheel and suspension system is close to a test state of a real automobile test field.

Abstract: The application provides a cooling water channel for a casting mold. The cooling water channel adopts a sealing structure in which a water channel insert, a sealing cover plate and a metal corrugated sealing ring are matched with each other, wherein a bottom surface of the metal corrugated sealing ring is corrugated or two side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring are corrugated, and the sealing cover plate is pressed to enable the metal corrugated sealing ring to generate elastic deformation, so that corrugations on the two side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring and a side wall of the water channel form multi-point contact or the bottom surface of the metal corrugated sealing ring expands to make the side walls of the metal corrugated sealing ring in tight contact with the water channel to achieve a water channel sealing effect.

The device according to the present invention in use is able to not only remove burrs at the back cavity and front of the wheel, but also automatically adjust the shape of the brush belt according to the shape of the wheel back cavity.
Abstract: The present application relates to a wheel with a sound absorber, the sound absorber being mounted in a wheel air chamber to reduce acoustic resonance, wherein the sound absorber is configured as a flat hexahedral box resonator and fastened to a wheel hub through a band, a first positioning mechanism is provided between the hub and the box resonator to fix the relative positions of the hub and the box resonator, and a second positioning mechanism is provided between the box resonator and the band to fix the relative positions of the box resonator and the band. According to the technical solution of the present disclosure, the resonator is positioned and fixed more reliably on the wheel, and the wheel is simple and economical in manufacturing, and convenient and controllable in installation and operation.
