Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and specifically relates to an uplink transmission method, terminal, and base station, used for providing a pilot frequency transmission solution for a terminal supporting an CP-OFDM waveform, and comprising: a terminal determines a frequency domain starting position of a pilot frequency, the terminal being a terminal using CP-OFDM to perform uplink transmission; on the basis of a comb-type interval and the determined frequency domain starting position, mapping the pilot frequency onto a transmission pilot frequency symbol; and sending the pilot frequency mapped onto the symbol to a base station.

Abstract: A method for adjusting sound playback of a portable device for constancy notwithstanding different environments outputs from the portable device detectable audio signals inaudible to user and the device receives reflected audio before the portable device is actually commanded to play an audio file. A list of volume weightings for reflected audio is calculated. Before commencing playback of the audio file, the portable device obtains reference volume weightings from a list according to the current volume setting, and calculates adjustment coefficients for different frequency bands based on weightings of the reference volume list and of the reflected audio list. The audio signals of the audio file are output after adjustment. A portable device is also disclosed.

Abstract: In a conventional art, an output layer set having no output layer is sometimes defined. Consequently, even if the decoder decodes a bit stream to obtain each layer in the output layer set without the output layer, there is no picture to be outputted. There is a possibility that such coded data causes the decoder expecting an output to operate unexpectedly. Output layer sets having the same configuration may be defined. Consequently, the amount of code pertaining to the output layer sets defined in an overlapping manner is redundant. According to an aspect of the present invention, specification of a bit stream conformance pertaining to the output layer set prevents occurrence of an output layer set without an output layer and a redundant output layer set.
