Abstract: A vehicular control apparatus includes: a drive power control unit that controls drive power from a drive unit that drives drive wheels of a vehicle; a brake switch (a brake action detection unit) that detects a brake action performed on a brake unit, the brake action including decelerating and stopping the vehicle; a wheelspin detection unit that detects spinning of the drive wheels; a time measurement unit that, when the drive wheels being stopped start to rotate, measures time elapsed since the start of the rotation; and a control unit that enables the wheelspin detection unit to perform detection after a preset detection disabled period elapses since the time measurement unit has started measuring the time.

Abstract: A multicarrier system and data modulation and demodulation methods and devices for the multicarrier system are provided. The data modulation method includes: performing cyclic shifting on data sequences of L continuous symbols respectively, L?2; and modulating the cyclically shifted data sequences by use of a waveform function, an independent variable range of the waveform function being greater than or equal to a symbol interval of the L modulated symbols. The technical solution solves the technical problems in which the related art is not compatible with a LTE system or effectively suppressing out-of-band leakage or flexibly adjusting a symbol interval to adapt to different channel environments and exhibits poor demodulation performance, thus achieving effective suppression of the out-of-band leakage, having higher compatibility with the LTE system and improving demodulation performance and flexibility of adjusting a symbol interval by simple cyclic shifting.

The method of manufacturing the flexible display substrate using the process film is as follows. A base layer for the flexible display substrate is prepared on a glass substrate. A packaging process is performed on the base layer to form a plurality of cells which are spaced apart from one another at a predetermined distance. The base layer is covered with the process film, after forming the plurality of cells. The base layer is separated from the glass substrate, while the base layer is laminated to the process film. The base layer is cut along each cell to form a plurality of flexible display substrates.
