Abstract: The invention provides a light emitting apparatus including a projector color wheel and a light emitting diode (LED) device using a composite material, a method of manufacturing the composite material, and an optical film. The stability of the composite material has been greatly improved. Light emitting devices using the composite material have wide color gamut.
Abstract: A method includes: a transmit end transmits at least two mixed pilot signals to a receive end separately by using at least two physical antennas. The at least two mixed pilot signals are separately obtained after preset pilot signals corresponding to logical antennas in the at least two logical antennas are weighted by using a precoding weight matrix. The transmit sends a first codebook subset restriction instruction to the receive end. The first codebook subset restriction instruction carries a rank indication RANK and at least one precoding matrix index PMI. The transmit end receives a channel quality feedback message that is fed back by the receive end according to downlink channel quality of an equivalent channel of a specified antenna. Accordingly, a suitable serving antenna is selected for a receive end, thereby improving signal quality.
Abstract: A display device includes display panel component and a signal controller. The display panel components include a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix, at least two data drivers, and data lines connecting to each of the data driver, and the pixels connect to the corresponding data line. The signal controller connects to the two data drivers to obtain two data voltages from data lines connecting to two adjacent data drivers when the pixels display mono-color images having the same grayscale. The signal controller adjusts gamma codes of the two adjacent data drivers in accordance with the obtained the data voltages until the data voltages of the data lines respectively connected to the two adjacent data drivers are the same. In view of the above, the screen split issue caused by adopting at least two data driver may be eliminated so as to enhance the display performance.

Abstract: A dual gate oxide thin-film transistor and manufacturing method for the same. Abstract: A system for fluidized bed reduction of powdered iron ore. Use of high-gas-velocity processing accelerates iron ore reduction speed and greatly improves the gas-treatment capabilities of a unit-cross-sectional fluidized bed. Use of parallel connections involving reduced coal gas lessens the volume of gas passing through a single-stage fluidized bed. Use of serial/parallel-connection processing involving reduced coal gas increases the coal gas utilization rate. The invention achieves the highly-effective reduction of powdered iron ore in a fluidized bed under near-atmospheric pressure. A reduction method based on the present system is also disclosed.

Abstract: A manufacturing system and a method for forming a clean interface between a functional layer and a 2D layered semiconductor are provided herein. In the steps of the method, the substrate equipped with the 2D layered semiconductor is exposed to a reaction gas, and a stimulus is applied to the reaction gas to generate active particles having higher selectivity toward contaminants on the exposed surface of the 2D layered semiconductor so that the contaminants can be decomposed and removed. Additionally, the contaminants can be removed without damage to the 2D layered semiconductor. A functional layer is in-situ deposited to be in contact with the 2D layered semiconductor. Without the contaminants, a clean interface between the functional layer and the 2D layered semiconductor can be obtained and the 2D layered semiconductor can exhibit better electrical properties.
