In embodiments of the present invention, an acquiring module acquires a first maximum downlink delay tolerance (MDDT) sent by a core network entity, and provides the first MDDT to a determining module, where the first MDDT indicates a maximum delay tolerance value corresponding to processing, by the apparatus, downlink data of all services on the apparatus; the determining module determines time information of a first MDDT timer by using the first MDDT; and a changing module changes a UE status according to the time information of the first MDDT timer determined by the determining module or changes a UE status according to time information of a first IST.

    Abstract: A body of an oil jet is provided with: an oil supply port; a cylinder; and an oil injection port. A piston valve is accommodated in the cylinder. The piston valve forms in the cylinder a differential pressure room which is a closed compartment. In the piston valve, an orifice which makes the differential pressure room being communicated with a side of the oil supply port is formed. The piston valve is biased toward a position at which the oil injection port is closed by a spring. A first oil injection nozzle is connected to the oil injection port. A leak hole which allows oil to be leaked outside of the cylinder from the differential pressure room is open at the side surface of the cylinder. Further, a second oil injection nozzle is connected to the leak hole.

The genetic engineering bacteria of glucosamine synthase is successfully constructed. In order to improve the tolerance of recombinant bacteria against glucosamine, the glucosamine synthase is directionally modified. A glucosamine synthase mutant is selected from the mutant library via high-throughput screening method, the amino acid changes in the mutant induces the spatial conformational change in the enzyme, so as enlarged the region where the enzyme and substrate combines, therefor the combination efficiency of the enzyme and the substrate is increased. The glucosamine synthase of the present invention has various advantages, such as rich in raw material of glucose, and a convenient subsequent extraction.
