Abstract: Provided are a novel polyamide polymer obtained by polymerizing monomers including aromatic diamine substituted with a nitrile group and an amide group and an aromatic dibasic acid compound, a spinning dope comprising the same, and a polyamide molded article. A fiber obtained using the novel polyamide polymer according to the present invention, particularly, a fiber obtained by spinning the polymer according to the present invention may have high strength and high elasticity, such that the fiber may be applied to various industrial fields.
Abstract: Embodiments provide a polishing composition for a magnetic disc substrate including colloidal silica, a phosphorus-containing compound, a water-soluble polymer compound, and water. According to at least one embodiment, the water-soluble polymer compound is a copolymer having a structural unit derived from an unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acid and a structural unit derived from an unsaturated amide.
Abstract: A liquid crystal displaying method, apparatus and device are provided. For each frame of picture, a timing controller firstly sends N STV signals corresponding to the frame of picture to a gate driver, and the gate driver controls respective rows of TFTs on a liquid crystal panel sequentially according to the N STV signals to be pre-turned on for N times; and the timing controller sends the (N+1)-th STV signal to the gate driver before an end of the first time pre-turning-on of the M-th row of TFTs, and the gate driver control the respective rows of TFTs on the liquid crystal panel sequentially according to the (N+1)-th STV signal to be turned on for the (N+1)-th time, so that the source driver finally charges respective rows of storage capacitors and pre-charge respective rows of storage capacitors of the rows of TFTs pre-turned on.

Abstract: The maintenance management device 3 includes an error status diagnosis unit 11, a grace period estimation unit 14, a maintenance cost estimation unit 15, and a screen display unit 17. When the error status diagnosis unit 11 has diagnosed the occurrence of an anomaly, the grace period estimation unit 14 estimates a first grace period leading up to the occurrence of a failure. The maintenance cost estimation unit 15 estimates the cost of corrective maintenance incurred when the failure occurs after the elapse of the first grace period. The screen display unit 17 displays a combination of the first grace period and the cost of corrective maintenance. Alternatively, the grace period estimation unit 14 estimates a second grace period over which preventive maintenance may be postponed without a failure.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electrolytic capacitor according to the present disclosure includes a first step to a third step described below. The electrolytic capacitor includes an anode body having a dielectric layer, and a solid electrolyte layer formed on a surface of the dielectric layer. The first step is a step of preparing a first treatment solution by dissolving or dispersing a conductive polymer in a liquid first component and leaving a conductive polymer solution or a conductive polymer dispersion liquid to stand for a first period. The second step is a step of preparing a second treatment solution by mixing the first treatment solution with a second component. The third step is a step of forming a solid electrolyte layer on a surface of the dielectric layer by applying the second treatment solution to the surface of the dielectric layer.

Abstract: A drive circuit is configured to drive a light emitting unit which is provided in a vehicle lamp and includes a plurality of semiconductor light emitting elements connected in series. The drive circuit includes a drive voltage generation unit configured to reduce an input voltage from a battery to generate a drive voltage for driving the semiconductor light emitting elements, and a control unit configured to perform ON/OFF control for a bypass switch connected in parallel to a part of the semiconductor light emitting elements and to perform interlock dimming control when the input voltage becomes a first threshold value or lower. The interlock dimming control selects a dimming mode and increases an ON ratio per unit time of the bypass switch as the input voltage drops in the dimming mode.

The active assembly, which is fixed on one side of the housing approximately along an axis, includes an adjusting motor, a plurality of adjustable elements and a plurality of supporting elements. The flexible component clads the active assembly. The adjustable elements surrounding the axis are located outside the adjusting motor. The supporting elements surrounding the axis are located outside the adjustable elements and correspondingly coupled to the adjustable elements. The adjusting motor drives the adjustable elements to move toward directions different form the axis so that the support elements adjust the flexible component toward the directions different form the axis.
Abstract: A method for transferring a device includes the following steps: forming a pliable adhesive layer on a carrier substrate; placing the device over the pliable adhesive layer; contacting a transfer head assembly with the device, in which a pliable dielectric layer of the transfer head assembly is in contact with the device during the contacting and more pliable than the device, such that the pliable dielectric layer of the transfer head assembly deforms during the contacting, and the pliable adhesive layer is more pliable than the device, such that the pliable adhesive layer deforms during the contacting; actuating the transfer head assembly to create a grip force; picking up the device by the grip force created by the transfer head assembly; and placing the device onto a receiving substrate.
