Abstract: A direct-axis current protection method and device for a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system. The method includes: pre-calculating the direct-axis current of the next moment according to the current voltage transmitted from an inverter to a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM); comparing the direct-axis current of the next moment with a maximum protection current; if the direct-axis current of the next moment is less than the maximum protection current, continuing transmitting the current voltage to the PMSM; if the direct axis current of the next moment is greater than or equal to the maximum protection current, redistributing the voltage according to a protection direct-axis current and a protection quadrature-axis current, and transmitting the redistributed voltage to the PMSM. The direct-axis current of the next moment is tended to be normal by adjusting the voltage.

Abstract: A semiconductor memory device is disclosed that can differentially control a driving ability and current consumption of the charge pump circuit according to operation state information of other memory die. Abstract: It is an object to provide a highly reliable semiconductor device including a thin film transistor with stable electric characteristics. In a semiconductor device including an inverted staggered thin film transistor whose semiconductor layer is an oxide semiconductor layer, a buffer layer is provided over the oxide semiconductor layer. The buffer layer is in contact with a channel formation region of the semiconductor layer and source and drain electrode layers. A film of the buffer layer has resistance distribution. A region provided over the channel formation region of the semiconductor layer has lower electrical conductivity than the channel formation region of the semiconductor layer, and a region in contact with the source and drain electrode layers has higher electrical conductivity than the channel formation region of the semiconductor layer.

Abstract: A rollable display may include a polyhedral drum and a flexible panel. The polyhedral drum includes a plurality of substantially flat surface portions and a plurality of curved surface portions. The plurality of curved surface portions connect adjacent flat surface portions to each other on an outer circumferential surface of the polyhedral drum. The flexible panel is disposed around the outer circumferential surface of the polyhedral drum. Abstract: A thin notebook computer mechanical keyboard includes a reinforcement iron plate, a scissor structure, a keycap, a base, a pressing stopper, a spring and a cover. The scissor structure includes first positioning parts vertically and movably clamped on clamping parts of the reinforcement iron plate, and second positioning parts. The keycap includes fastening parts fastened on the second positioning parts. When the keycap is pressed to a certain extent, an action between a hand touch and a fourth terminal produces a sound of an upward impact against the cover. When the keycap is pressed, the scissor structure maintains balance of the whole keycap without catching the keycap, which ensures a favorable touch feeling. A switch can be directly installed on a printed circuit board and pass through the reinforcement iron plate. The scissor structure maintains balance of the keycap, and balanced movement is achieved without falling short of thinning requirements.
Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a dielectric structure, a barrier layer, a glue layer, a copper seed layer and a copper layer. The dielectric structure is disposed over the substrate. The dielectric structure has a through via hole passing through the dielectric structure, and a sidewall of the through via hole includes at least one indentation. The barrier layer conformally covers the sidewall and a bottom of the through via hole. The glue layer conformally covers the barrier layer. The copper seed layer conformally covers the glue layer. The copper layer covers the copper seed layer and fills the through via hole.
Abstract: A vehicle braking force control device includes a braking force control unit. The braking force control unit is configured to shift to a drive state so as to use an auxiliary power source when a main power source fails, and to limit current outputted to an electric actuator of a braking device for producing braking hydraulic pressure when a transition is made to the drive state using the auxiliary power source. The braking force control unit has two current limit values used during actuation of the electric actuator by the auxiliary power source, the current limit values being a first current limit value for ensuring increased-braking-hydraulic-pressure characteristics, and a second current limit value for ensuring a necessary minimum braking hydraulic pressure, the second current limit value being less than the first current limit value.
Abstract: A Cas9 expression plasmid, a genome editing system and a genome editing method for Escherichia coli are provided. The Cas9 expression plasmid includes a tracrRNA sequence, a Cas9 gene and a chloramphenicol resistance gene (CmR). The Cas9 expression plasmid is applied to CRISPR/Cas-coupled ?-red recombineering system for editing genomes of E. coli with high efficiency.

Abstract: A net fixing structure of a chair, which comprises a frame, a net, and clamping fixtures, is provided. The frame has an embedded channel. A positioning strip is disposed on the periphery of the net. An antiskid layer is disposed on the outside of the positioning strip. The clamping fixtures correspondingly clamp the antiskid layer. Thereby, when the net can be correspondingly inserted into the frame, the positioning strip around the periphery of the net can be correspondingly intercalated into the embedded channel, so that the clamping fixtures can be engaged in the embedded channel. Moreover, the antiskid layer has antiskid effect, such that the net won't slip and fall off under stress. The net can be stably fixed on the frame above.
Abstract: A bonding material applying apparatus includes a syringe in which a bonding material is filled. The syringe includes a discharge nozzle disposed at a tip thereof to discharge the bonding material filled in the syringe. A compressed air supply mechanism supplies compressed air to the syringe and discharges the bonding material from the discharge nozzle. When a discharge interval from the end of discharge to the start of discharge of the bonding material lasts for a certain time or longer, the compressed air supply mechanism supplies the compressed air for a time, which is shorter than a discharge time necessary to discharge the bonding material, to such an extent that the bonding material is substantially not discharged.
