Abstract: One embodiment of the present invention provides a highly reliably display device in which a high mobility is achieved in an oxide semiconductor. A first oxide component is formed over a base component. Crystal growth proceeds from a surface toward an inside of the first oxide component by a first heat treatment, so that a first oxide crystal component is formed in contact with at least part of the base component. A second oxide component is formed over the first oxide crystal component. Crystal growth is performed by a second heat treatment using the first oxide crystal component as a seed, so that a second oxide crystal component is formed. Thus, a stacked oxide material is formed. A transistor with a high mobility is formed using the stacked oxide material and a driver circuit is formed using the transistor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a polyurethane which has excellent flame retardance and various excellent performances. A phosphoramidate compound having a specific structure is used as a flame retardant for a polyurethane foam or a polyurethane elastomer. By mixing this flame retardant with a raw material of a polyurethane resin (polyol, polyisocyanate and various additives), a polyurethane reactive raw material composition is obtained. By reacting the polyisocyanate and active hydrogen-containing compounds such as polyol in the polyurethane reactive raw material composition, a curing reaction takes place and a polyurethane foam composition or polyurethane elastomer composition is obtained. The obtained polyurethane resin composition has excellent flame retardance and other excellent performances as the polyurethane foam or polyurethane elastomer.

The object-side surface and the image-side surface of the fourth lens element are both aspheric surfaces.
Abstract: The feedback IC is provided at the secondary side of the DC/DC converter and is coupled to the photo coupler. The error amplifier amplifies an error between a voltage detection signal according to an output voltage of the DC/DC converter and a target voltage, and draws a current according to the error from the input side of the feedback photo coupler via the photo coupler connection terminal. The abnormal detection circuit asserts an abnormal detection signal when an abnormal condition in a secondary side of the DC/DC converter is detected. The protection circuit is coupled to the photo coupler connection terminal, and acts on the feedback photo coupler via the photo coupler connection terminal so that a feedback operation by the error amplifier is invalid and an on-period of the switching transistor is shorten.

Abstract: A predistortion system for correcting a distortion of a distorting component is provided. It comprises a signal generator, adapted to generate a first signal based upon a reference signal, the distorting component, adapted to generate a second signal, based upon the first signal, and an iterative predistortion device, adapted to determine a compensated signal based upon the second signal and the reference signal. The signal generator is adapted to use the compensated signal as reference signal in further iterations after a first iteration. The predistortion system moreover comprises a predistortion calculation device, adapted to determine a predistortion function based upon the reference signal and the first signal. The signal generator is then adapted to generate the first signal based upon the predistortion function for further reference signals.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a radio connection re-establishment method, including: starting a first timer if a first preset number of out-of-synchronization indications are obtained continuously, where the first preset number and/or a duration of the first timer corresponds to a cell of highest signal quality measured by a user equipment UE; and triggering a radio resource control RRC re-establishment procedure if a second preset number of synchronization indications are not received before timeout of the first timer. The radio connection re-establishment method in the present invention reduces overhead.

Each of the light emitting strings includes a number of light emitting units connected in series. The light emitting strings are configured to be driven by electric power to emit light. One of the switch units serves as a reference switch unit. The first control unit is configured to adjust a voltage level of the control terminal of the reference switch unit according to a voltage level of the reference node. The second control unit is configured to instruct the first control unit to set the voltage levels of the control terminal of each of the switch units and the electric power according to pre-calibration data corresponding to the illumination type of the backlight device.
Abstract: An image display device includes a light source, a scanner, a screen, a virtual image optical system and a screen incident angle correcting optical system. The light source emits laser light. The scanner scans the laser light. An image is formed on the screen by the scanned laser light. The virtual image optical system generates a virtual image of the image by the laser light having transmitted through the screen. The screen incident angle correcting optical system orients the scanned laser light toward the screen. The scanner performs at least first scanning and second scanning that has a scanning direction different from a scanning direction of the first scanning. The screen includes a lenticular lens having a lens pitch in a direction parallel to the first scanning. The lens pitch of the lenticular lens is larger than a beam diameter of the laser light near a light receiving surface of the screen.
