Abstract: The invention provides a colloidal gold immunochromatographic test strip for detecting enramycin, a preparation method, and an application thereof, which belongs to the field of rapid immunoassay; the test strip comprises a backing plate, a sample pad, a conjugate pad, a nitrocellulose membrane, and an absorbent pad; the conjugate pad was fixed with colloidal gold-labeled enramycin monoclonal antibody; the nitrocellulose membrane is equipped with a T-line coated with enramycin artificial antigens and a C-line coated with goat anti-mouse secondary antibodies. The invention also provides a kit for detecting enramycin, comprising a test strip, a sample treatment solution, and a sample diluent.
Abstract: Disclosed in the present specification are: a ferritic stainless steel having improved elongation even if batch annealing is omitted; and a manufacturing method therefor. A ferritic stainless steel according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise, by wt %, 0.01-0.1% of C, 0.01-1.0% of Si, 0.01-1.5% of Mn, P in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.05%, S in an amount greater than 0% and less than or equal to 0.005%, 13.0-18.0% of Cr, 0.005-0.1% of N, 0.005-0.2% of Al, 0.05-0.25% of Ni, and the balance of Fe (iron) and other inevitable impurities.

Abstract: A large-scale direct shear apparatus for direct shear test of multi-size cylindrical undisturbed soil samples, comprising an external framework, a sample shear box, a horizontal loading device, a vertical loading device, and a control system. The sample shear box is disposed within the external framework and includes an upper shear box, a lower shear box, and a base. The horizontal loading device includes a horizontal drive motor equipped with a load sensor, a horizontal mechanical loading mechanism, and an upper shear box connection structure. The horizontal drive motor is installed on one inner side of the external framework and contacts the lower shear box via the horizontal mechanical loading mechanism. The upper shear box connection structure is fixed to the other inner side of the external framework and contacts the upper shear box. The vertical loading device includes a vertical drive motor and a vertical mechanical loading mechanism.
