The display substrate (200/300/400) includes a display region (201/301/401) and an opening region (2011/3011/4011), the display region (200/300/400) surrounds the opening region (2011/3011/4011), a first barrier wall (2012/3012/4012) is between the display region (201/301/401) and the opening region (2011/3011/4011), and the first barrier wall (2012/3012/4012) surrounds the opening region (2011/3011/4011); the first barrier wall (2012/3012/4012) includes a first metal layer structure, and at least one side surface, surrounding the opening region (2011/3011/4011), of the first metal layer structure includes a recess (2012A/3012A/4012A). The display substrate combines the imaging device with the display region of the display substrate and has a better encapsulation effect.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for applying a material containing a meltable polymer comprising the step of applying a filament of the at least partially molten material from a discharge opening of a discharge element onto a substrate. The meltable polymer has the following properties: —a melting point (DSC, differential scanning calorimetry; second heating with a heating rate of 5° C./min) in a range from ?40° C. to ?120° C.; —a glass transition temperature (DMA, dynamic mechanical analysis in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6721-1:2011) in a range from ??70° C. to ?30° C.; —a storage modulus G? (parallel plate oscillation viscometer in accordance with ISO 6721-10:2015 at a frequency of 1/s) at 20° C. above the melting point of ?1·104 Pa; —a storage modulus G? (parallel plate oscillation viscometer in accordance with ISO 6721-10:2015 at a frequency of 1/s) at 10° C. below the melting point with prior heating to a temperature of 20° C. above the melting point and subsequent cooling with a cooling rate of 1° C.

Abstract: Provided is a pre-5th-Generation (5g) or 5G communication system for supporting higher data rates Beyond 4th-Generation (4g) communication system such as Long Term Evolution (LTE). The present disclosure provides a method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system. The method includes determining at least one energy detection threshold for sensing based on a signal to be transmitted; identifying a detected power corresponding to a channel of an unlicensed band; determining whether the channel is idle based on the detected power and the at least one energy detection threshold; and transmitting the signal to a user equipment (UE) on the channel based on a determination that the channel is idle. The at least one energy detection threshold corresponds to the signal to be transmitted including a first signal or a second signal, and the second signal includes at least one discovery signal, and the first signal is different from the second signal.
Abstract: A plasma treatment apparatus includes a light generator that generates light, a chamber that receives the light generated from the light generator, an optical element provided between the light generator and the chamber, a light detector that detects the light reflected in the chamber, and a controller connected to the light generator and the light detector. The chamber includes an electrostatic chuck provided in a lower portion of the chamber, an edge ring provided around the electrostatic chuck, an outer wall for sealing an inner space of the chamber, and a gas supply that injects a process gas into the chamber. The optical element branches the generated light to irradiate branched light to different regions of the chamber.

Abstract: As a tin-silver plating solution that contains a source of tin ions; a source of silver ions (Ag+); and an organic additive including a silver (Ag) complexing agent, a tin carrier, and a crystal grain refiner is provided, in the case of performing high-speed plating using the plating solution, the generation of whiskers is diminished, the composition of silver ions (Ag+) in the tin-silver plating solution is uniformly maintained, and thus a uniform silver composition in the formed tin-silver solder bumps can be achieved.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to oxide semiconductor transistors, methods of manufacturing the same, and/or memory devices including the oxide semiconductor transistors. Abstract: A display module and a display device which can improve a heat-dissipation performance and a shock absorption function while reducing a bezel area, and in particular, reduce an impact applied to an edge of a cushion plate, and reduce deterioration in the shock absorption function due to moisture. A chamfer is formed along an edge of a metal foam included in the cushion plate to implement the improvement. Thus, a spacing between the edge of the cushion plate and a frame is maximized such that the impact applied to the edge of the cushion plate can be reduced as much as possible. Further, a rear face of a body and a chamfer of the metal foam can be covered with a water-proof layer, such that moisture invasion into the cushion plate can be reduced as much as possible.

The method includes: running, by the electronic device, a camera application; determining that light in a photographing scene is flickering light; acquiring an image in a first exposure manner, where the first exposure manner indicates that the electronic device performs exposures with a first exposure duration and a second exposure duration alternately; in response to a trigger to a capture button, acquiring, by the electronic device, at least one first image and at least one second image in the first exposure manner; and generating a captured image based on the first image and the second image, and displaying the captured image.

Abstract: A low noise amplifier (LNA) with configurable feedback that includes a filter circuit for improved stability is presented. The filter circuit includes an L-C tank. The filter circuit further includes a resistor in parallel with the L-C tank. The filter circuit is tunable/adjustable/programmable. The filter circuit further includes a capacitor selectively arranged in parallel with the L-C tank. The filter circuit is coupled to an input of the LNA via a series resistor. The filter circuit is coupled between the input and an output of the LNA via one or more switches. The LNA includes a first stage with a common-source transistor and a common-gate transistor. The LNA further includes a wideband feedback circuit coupled between the input and output of the first stage. The LNA includes a source-follower circuit. The source follower circuit is configurable as a second stage, or a feedback circuit, coupled to the filter circuit.

Abstract: A new and distinct variety of rose plant, referred to by its cultivar name, ‘KORhulth 005’, is described. The new variety forms in abundance on a substantially continuous basis attractive, peach-colored buds that transitions to pink-colored blossoms with purple blotches.
