Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing etelcalcetide hydrochloride (etelcalcetide HCL). A first peptide is de-protected and cleaved from a solid support by a first solution system, for obtaining a second peptide, followed by coupling an activated L-Cys-OH to the second peptide in the second solution system for forming a TFA salt of etelcalcetide that is not or hardly dissolved in the second solution system. After purification by column chromatography, the TFA salt of etelcalcetide can be converted to etelcalcetide HCL using a third solution system that excludes hydrogen chloride during a real-time monitoring salt exchange step. The present method provides a simplified process and the etelcalcetide HCL with high purity and yield, for being advantageously applied in mass production of etelcalcetide HCL.

Abstract: A multi-channel audio signal coding method includes obtaining a to-be-encoded first audio frame, pairing at least five channel signals according to a first pairing manner to obtain a first channel pair set, obtaining a first sum of correlation values of the first channel pair set, where one channel pair has one correlation value, pairing the at least five channel signals according to a second pairing manner to obtain a second channel pair set, obtaining a second sum of correlation values of the second channel pair set, determining a target pairing manner of the at least five channel signals based on the first sum of correlation values and the second sum of correlation values, and encoding the at least five channel signals based on a channel pair set corresponding to the target pairing manner, where the target pairing manner is the first pairing manner or the second pairing manner.

Abstract: A control method and a control device applied to an electric fracturing apparatus are provided. Abstract: A method for designing a multi-layer optical structure includes: obtaining candidate multi-layer optical structures through a sequence generator; obtaining a candidate spectrum for each candidate multi-layer optical structure; obtaining a difference between the candidate spectrum and a target spectrum; updating sequence generator parameters through reinforcement learning training and iteratively performing the obtainings and the updating in response to a first termination condition being not met; and selecting one of all obtained candidate structures to be a target multi-layer optical structure in response to the first termination condition being met. The difference between a spectrum of the target multi-layer optical structure and the target spectrum is minimized through the process. The method of the present application can perform the designs robustly and effectively.

Abstract: The subject application provides a portable electronic heating type device with an improved power converter topology configured for receiving a DC input voltage from the power supply and generate an AC output voltage to the heating element. The power converter is based on an inductor, a DC blocking capacitor and only one switching device. Heating power can be adjusted under a pulse-width-modulation mode, a fixed-on-time mode, a fixed-off-time mode or a frequency-modulation mode. The portable electronic heating type device has less switching loss and faster response. Therefore, it can be operated at higher frequency and more compact in size.
Abstract: A method for detecting damage to one or more components of a fluid-conducting device such as a pump assembly, valve or the like uses at least one odor sensor to detect an odor produced by one of the components and transmit an odor profile to an evaluation unit. The evaluation unit compares the odor profile with one or more characteristic odor profiles to determine whether an odor indicative of a degraded component is present. If the detected odor profile matches a characteristic odor profile match, an output signal is generated in an output unit.
