Abstract: A pneumatic tool includes a trigger configured to perform a first operation of operating a drive part, a contact member configured to perform a second operation of operating the drive part, a timer configured to measure the time during which the drive part can be operated by the second operation of the contact member and to switch the operation mode of the drive part after the time has elapsed, and a timer switch configured to control the operation of the timer. The first operation of the trigger is transmitted to the timer switch using a transmitting member.
Abstract: The present application discloses a negative electrode plate, an electrode assembly, a lithium ion battery, preparation process thereof, and apparatus containing lithium-ion battery.
Abstract: The present application discloses an optical signal processing circuit for a Lidar. The optical signal processing circuit includes an optical processing circuit, a gain control circuit connected to the optical processing circuit, and a controller connected to the gain control circuit. The optical processing circuit includes an optical sensor and an amplification circuit. The optical sensor is configured to convert an optical signal to a photocurrent signal, and the amplification circuit is configured to convert and amplify the photocurrent signal to a voltage signal. The controller adjusts a gain of the optical processing circuit via the gain control circuit and based on an amplitude of the voltage signal.
Abstract: Provided are a sensing assembly and a battery module including the same, having improved economical efficiency in such a manner that a relatively expensive flexible printed circuit board is used in a smaller amount by allowing a relatively inexpensive rigid printed circuit board to replace a portion of the flexible printed circuit board used for a conventional sensing assembly.
Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a communication interface, a memory storing log data with respect to external devices connected to the electronic apparatus, and a processor configured to identify a plurality of external devices having a history of being connected to the same internet protocol (IP) based on the log data, acquire, based on the log data, a first feature vector with respect to a relationship between the plurality of external devices and a second feature vector with respect to each of the plurality of external devices, acquire a graph of the relationship between the plurality of external devices based on the first feature vector and the second feature vector, and define at least one group configured by the plurality of external devices based on the graph.

Abstract: At a front surface of a silicon carbide base, an n?-type drift layer, a p-type base layer, a first n+-type source region, a second n+-type source region, and a trench that penetrates the first and the second n+-type source regions and the p-type base layer and reaches the n-type region are provided. In the trench, the gate electrode is provided via a gate insulating film, an interlayer insulating film is provided in the trench on the gate electrode, and a barrier metal is provided in the trench on the interlayer insulating film.
Abstract: Provided is a vehicle body lower structure. A vehicle body lower structure includes a battery pack that encloses a drive battery. The battery pack includes a tray and a cover member attached to an upper surface of the tray with a seal member interposed, the seal member making the inside of the battery pack liquid-tight. A battery terminal, a high-voltage junction box, a control device, and a switch, which are connection portions of an electric cable, are arranged above the seal member.
Abstract: A vertical memory device includes a channel, a dummy channel, a plurality of gate electrodes, and a support pattern. The channel extends in a first direction perpendicular to an upper surface of a substrate. The dummy channel extends from the upper surface of the substrate in the first direction. The plurality of gate electrodes are formed at a plurality of levels, respectively, spaced apart from each other in the first direction on the substrate. Each of the gate electrodes surrounds outer sidewalls of the channel and the dummy channel. The support pattern is between the upper surface of the substrate and a first gate electrode among the gate electrodes. The first gate electrode is at a lowermost one of the levels. The channel and the dummy channel contact each other between the upper surface of the substrate and the first gate electrode.
