The method includes measuring one or more parameters selected from fluid flow parameters and electrical parameters for the fluid ejection head to provide one or more measured parameters; calculating a fluid ejection offset value from the one or more measured parameters; storing the fluid ejection offset value in a memory location on the fluid ejection head; accessing the fluid ejection offset value by an ejection head controller; and adjusting an amount of fluid ejected from the fluid ejection head during a fluid ejection step using the fluid ejection offset value to provide the predetermined amount of fluid from the fluid ejection head.

The method may include: acquiring an image of a scene including a target object; inputting the image into a control policy model to obtain an object placement pose of the manipulator, as an output of the control policy model, wherein the control policy model is generated using data collected by a data collection system that is configured to acquire an object retrieval trajectory by observing a robot movement for object retrieval, and reverse the object retrieval trajectory into an object placement trajectory; and commanding the robot to position the manipulator according to the object placement pose, to place the target object at a designated location.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a ZA4 alloy and a preparation method and use thereof, and relates to the technical field of pure zirconium materials. In the present disclosure, the ZA4 alloy includes the following components by mass fraction: 0.2% to 0.6% of Fe, 0.1% to 0.3% of O, 0.5% to 4% of Hf, and Zr as a balance. The Fe and O with a trace amount make a grain size of the ZA4 alloy significantly refined during smelting and cooling, and inhibit growth of a grains during thermal deformation and heat treatment. The Hf is a neutral element, and shows an obvious solid solution strengthening effect in an a phase. The ZA4 alloy obtained by strictly controlling a content of each element has higher strength and plasticity. The preparation method has simple operations and a low production cost, and is suitable for industrial production.

This provides a material for forming an adhesive film in a fine patterning process by a multilayer resist method, where the material gives an adhesive film with high adhesiveness to a resist upper layer film, suppresses fine pattern collapse, and can form an excellent pattern profile; a patterning process using the material; and a method for forming the adhesive film.

Abstract: The invention introduces a hydrodynamic free-surface Lattice Boltzmann (LB) simulation method and system, along with a storage medium. Initial parameters for a designated water body are obtained and fed into a pre-established three-dimensional hydrodynamic free-surface LB model for simulation calculations. The outcome includes precise data on the free water surface, flow velocity, and pressure of the target water body over time and space, generating a detailed three-dimensional spatial distribution map. The method enhances the second-order accuracy of the force term within the single-phase free-surface LB model. By integrating the single-phase free-surface LB model with surface tension and the SGS large eddy model, it achieves an efficient and accurate three-dimensional simulation of the target water body's free water surface, flow field, and pressure.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a MEMS device including a device wafer, a cap wafer and a bonding layer. The device wafer includes: a device substrate, having a first main surface, a second main surface opposite to the first main surface, and a cavity recessed along a first direction from the first main surface toward the second main surface; a sensor unit, located within the cavity and mechanically connected to and electrically insulated from the device substrate by a single anchor; and a device wiring, electrically coupled to the sensor unit. The cap wafer includes: a cap substrate, facing the device wafer from a side of the first main surface; and a cap wiring, electrically coupled to the device wiring. The bonding layer bonds the device wafer with the cap wafer, and the device wiring is directly connected to the bonding layer.

Abstract: An on-board charger system, and a method and a device for controlling the on-board charger system to switch between operating modes are provided. An operating mode switching signal for the on-board charger system is acquired. A to-be-started power module in the on-board charger system is controlled, based on the operating mode switching signal, to start in a current source mode and adapt a given current to an operating condition until a power demand of the system is met. The to-be-started power module is switched to a voltage source mode, and controls the voltage across the direct current bus. Throughout the switch, a voltage across a direct current bus in the system remains unchanged.
