Abstract: A vehicle air conditioning system includes an electric powered refrigerant compressing device, an evaporator, an electric heater, an air temperature determining component, a cabin interior temperature controlling component, an upper limit electric power setting component, and an electric power distribution controller. The evaporator receives refrigerant from the compressing device. The heater is downstream of the evaporator in an air passageway. The determining component determines a first air temperature upstream of the evaporator and a second air temperature between the evaporator and the heater. The controlling component sets a vehicle interior discharge air temperature at a position downstream of the heater to a target temperature. The power setting component sets an upper limit for power supplied to the compressing device and the heater.
Abstract: A construction vehicle control apparatus is provided including: a motor generator control unit (160) which, when regenerative electrical power generated by a motor (7) during regenerative braking surpasses acceptable charging electrical power of a capacitor (3), drives a motor generator (5) using the surplus electrical power; an engine controller (2) which detects the rotating speed of an engine (1); a motor control unit (180) which, if the rotating speed of the engine becomes larger than a second set value while the motor generator is being driven by the surplus electrical power, reduces regenerative torque generated by the motor; and a brake control unit (190) which, if the rotating speed of the engine becomes larger than the second set value while the motor generator is being driven by the surplus electrical power, increases regenerative torque generated by a hydraulic brake (30).

The thrust collar has a first surface opposed to the carrier and a second surface opposed to the planetary gear, and has a first pin hole provided on the first surface so as not to reach the second surface. The carrier has a second pin hole on a surface opposed to the planetary gear. The thrust collar is attached to the carrier by inserting the pin into the first pin hole of the thrust collar and into the second pin hole of the carrier.

Abstract: An attaching method for attaching a support plate to a surface of a substrate with an adhesive involves the steps of applying an adhesive to the surface of the substrate, heating and thereafter cooling the substrate, positioning centers of the substrate and the supporting plate to coincide with each other, and forming a layered structure by pushing the supporting plate onto the substrate with the adhesive therebetween in a pressure-reduced atmosphere. In the positioning step, after the supporting late has been placed on the substrate, it is possible to finely adjust the alignment of the supporting plate and a semiconductor wafer when attached because the adhesive is applied to the surface of the substrate, and thereafter the substrate is heated and cooled.

Abstract: A fitting (10), in particular for a motor vehicle seat, having a first fitting part (11), on which a gear rim (17) is formed and a second fitting part (12) on which a gearwheel (16) is formed. The gearwheel meshes with the gear rim (17), whereby the two fitting parts (11, 12) are in geared connection with each other. The fitting also has a rotatably mounted, revolving eccentric driven by a driving element for driving a relative rolling motion of gearwheel (16) and gear rim (17). During this rolling motion a tooth flank (16d) of a tooth (16a) of the gearwheel (16) rests against a tooth flank (17d) of a tooth (17a) of the gear rim (17) at a contact point (K). The tooth flanks (16d, 17d) of the teeth (16a, 17a) of the gearwheel (16) and gear rim (17) resting against each other at the contact point (K) each follow the course of a portion of a respective logarithmic spiral.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is to strongly join an aluminum alloy part with an FRP prepreg. An object obtained by subjecting an aluminum alloy to a suitable liquid treatment so as to form a surface having large, micron-order irregularities and also fine irregularities with a period of several tens of nanometers, eliminating the presence of sodium ions from the surface and additionally forming a surface film of aluminum oxide, which is thicker than a natural oxide layer, has been found to have a powerful adhesive strength with epoxy-based adhesives. By simultaneously curing an FRP prepreg which uses the same epoxy-based adhesive in the matrix, an integral composite or structure in which FRP and aluminum alloy have been united at a joining strength of unprecedented magnitude is produced.
