Abstract: Provided is a zinc base alloy having high strength, and being excellent in toughness and abrasion resistance. The zinc base alloy contains 3.5% by weight or more and 4.5% by weight or less of Al, 3.0% by weight or more and 4.0% by weight or less of Cu, 0.01% by weight or more and 0.08% by weight or less of Mg, 0.005% by weight or more and 0.1% by weight or less of Ca, and, as necessary, 0.005% by weight or more and 0.1% by weight or less of Sr, and balance of Zn and inevitable impurities. Also provided is a die-cast product made from the zinc base alloy.
Abstract: A reference current source circuit includes a reference voltage generating module, a voltage buffer, an equivalent resistance, a filter capacitor, a current mirror module and a reference current outputting terminal. The voltage buffer includes an operational amplifier and a first FET. The current mirror module includes a second FET and a third FET. The equivalent resistor includes an oscillator, a fourth FET, a fifth FET and a capacitor connected to the fourth FET and the fifth FET. The oscillator is for generating a clock signal whose frequency is related to a charging and discharging capacitor in the oscillator to control charging and discharging of the capacitor in the equivalent resistance. The reference current outputting terminal is for outputting a reference current only related to a capacitance ratio of the capacitor to the charging and discharging capacitor. A reference current source system is further disclosed.
Abstract: Disclosed is a semiconductor light emitting chip (20) that is composed of: a substrate (10), which has the C plane of a sapphire single crystal as the front surface, and the side surfaces (25, 26) configured of planes that intersect all the planes equivalent to the M plane of the sapphire single crystal, and which includes modified regions (23, 24) in the side surfaces (25, 26), the modified regions being formed by laser radiation; and a light emitting element (12), which is provided on the substrate front surface (10a) of the substrate (10). In the semiconductor light emitting chip, a tilt of the substrate side surfaces with respect to the substrate front surface is suppressed. Also disclosed is a method for processing the substrate.
Abstract: A method and apparatus providing an emergency communication service in a wireless communication system. A mobile station (MS) transmits a message requesting the emergency communication service to a base station (BS), receives a connection setup request message from the BS, the connection setup request message including a Service Flow Identifier (SFID) indicating that a service flow corresponding to the emergency communication service has been generated, a Flow Identifier (FID) between the BS and the MS for providing the emergency communication service, and an indicator indicating a connection request for the emergency communication service, performs a setup procedure for using the service flow based on the SFID, the FID, and the indicator and, upon completion of the setup procedure, transmits a data packet for the emergency communication service to the BS.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes an active region, a gate conductor and a source electrode. The active region includes a drain region, a channel region stacked on the drain region, and a source region stacked on the channel region. The active region is formed of a silicon semiconductor layer. The gate conductor is embedded within a trench, which is formed from the source region to the drain region penetrating through the channel region. The source electrode is formed to come in contact with the source region and includes an adhesion layer. The source electrode is formed of a metal layer having a film thickness of 150 ? or smaller. The interface between the source electrode and the source region is silicidized.
Abstract: A data processing system that includes a host system and an external data storage device with an erase before write memory device thereon can be operated by sending a file delete command from the host to the data storage device for one or more files stored thereon. The file delete command may specify a logical address and data to be invalidated associated with the deleted file. The data storage device may identify one or more units of memory allocation in the erase before write memory as containing invalid data based on the specified logical address and data to be invalidated. The data storage device may maintain a data structure that associates physical addresses for units of memory allocation in the erase before write memory with indications of whether the units of memory allocation contain invalid data. The data structure may be used to mark units of memory allocation associated with deleted files as containing invalid data.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a floating structure with a fuel gas tank storing a gaseous fuel used as fuel in a dual fuel propulsion system disposed under a cargo space. According to the present invention, there is provided a floating structure with a fuel gas tank storing a gaseous fuel used as fuel and used while floating at sea, including: a fuel gas tank disposed in the hull of the floating structure; and a cargo space disposed on the top of the fuel gas tank on the upper deck of the floating structure.

Abstract: A method for cleaning and/or disinfecting an item to be cleaned is proposed. The item to be cleaned is exposed to at least one cleaning fluid, heat equivalents to which the item to be cleaned is exposed being recorded. The heat equivalents are added up, the heat equivalents additionally being weighted with a compensation function during the summation of the heat equivalents. The compensation function can be a function of the temperature at which the heat equivalents were recorded. The compensation function can be adapted to provide heat equivalents recorded in at least one exceptional temperature range with a lower weighting than heat equivalents recorded in other temperature ranges.
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an open application programming interface selection method and device. The method includes: receiving an invocation request from a user, where the invocation request includes an OpenAPI function parameter; determining an OpenAPI equivalent set according to the OpenAPI function parameter; and selecting a target OpenAPI from multiple OpenAPIs according to a Qos attribute value that corresponds to each OpenAPI in the OpenAPI equivalent set. By adopting the embodiments of the present invention, an OpenAPI with better performance can be selected from numerous OpenAPIs with equivalent functions for a user, thereby improving the quality of service for the user.

The apparatus includes a display unit for displaying an image; a display buffer that stores the image to be displayed; a zoom buffer that temporarily stores an enlarged thumbnail to provide a better image quality; a memory that stores an original image of the thumbnail as a compressed image file; an interface unit that upon receiving an image enlargement request while the thumbnail is being displayed on the display unit, enlarges and stores the thumbnail, stored in the display buffer, in the zoom buffer, and sends an image quality improvement request to a decoder that continuously improves the image quality of the enlarged thumbnail stored in the zoom buffer by a predetermined amount.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device and a semiconductor device package are disclosed. Abstract: A fluorescent layer, its preparation method and uses are provided. The fluorescent layer is provided from a fluorescent material and a calcining material. The fluorescent material is in an amount ranging from about 5 wt % to about 95 wt % based on the total weight of the fluorescent layer. The fluorescent layer of the present invention can be used in a light-emitting diode to change the color of emitting-light and improve the heat dissipation of the light-emitting diode. Furthermore, the fluorescent layer of the present invention is free of an organic resin, and thus, does not have the problem of aging (etiolation). The final product has a stable, lasting and durable luminescent quality.
Abstract: Provided is an oxide semiconductor film which has more stable electric characteristics and essentially consists of indium zinc oxide. In addition, provided is a highly reliable semiconductor device which has stable electric characteristics by using the oxide semiconductor film. The oxide semiconductor film essentially consisting of indium zinc oxide has a hexagonal crystal structure in which the a-b plane is substantially parallel to a surface of the oxide semiconductor film and a rhombohedral crystal structure in which the a-b plane is substantially parallel to the surface of the oxide semiconductor film.
