Abstract: An apparatus for purge to prevent AMC & natural oxide includes an FOUP configured to contain wafers and to have a receipt supply hole for supplying gas and a receipt discharge hole for discharging the gas at a lower part of the FOUP; stage units each configured to have the FOUP separated therefrom or seated therein, to support the seated FOUP, and to have a gas supply hole for supplying the gas at a position corresponding to the receipt supply hole and a gas discharge hole for discharging the gas at a position corresponding to the receipt discharge hole; a first gas supply port unit disposed in response to the gas supply hole and configured to supply the gas to the FOUP; and a first gas discharge port unit disposed in response to the gas discharge hole and configured to discharge the gas from the FOUP.

Abstract: A folded cascode operational amplifier is disclosed. The folded cascode operational amplifier includes a first current source, a second current source, and a first voltage terminal connected to the first current source and the second current source. The folded cascode operational amplifier also includes a first input-transistor connected to the first current source in series, and a second input-transistor connected to the second current source in series. Further, the folded cascode operational amplifier includes a tail current source connected to a connection point between the first input-transistor and the second input-transistor, a load current source, and a second voltage terminal connected to the tail current source and the load current source. The folded cascode operational amplifier also includes an output-transistor connected to the load current source, and an output-terminal arranged between the second current source and the second input-transistor and connected to the output-transistor.

Abstract: This display module includes a display cell, a board, a light guide plate formed with a first engaging portion, and a holding member formed with a second engaging portion coming into contact with the first engaging portion to engage with the first engaging portion. At least either the first engaging portion or the second engaging portion is formed in a shape allowing the light guide plate to move in a direction orthogonal to the board in response to expansion or contraction of the light guide plate when the light guide plate expands or contracts.

Abstract: The present invention provides a power switch series circuit and its control method. The power switch series circuit includes a plurality of series modules, a control module and a drive module. At least one series module has a power switch and a detection module, and the detection module includes a detection unit and an isolation unit, so as to detect the overvoltage and output a voltage detection signal based on the detected voltage. The control module receives the voltage detection signal and outputs the corresponding control signal. The drive module amplifies the control signal to drive each power switch to turn ON or turn OFF. The control module outputs the corresponding control signal to turn off each power switch when the overvoltage happens.

Abstract: The present invention provides an air cleaning unit which contains a blower, an acid/alkaline filter device, and a particle filter device. The blower draws in outside air through the acid/alkaline filter device and produces an air flow through the particle filter device. The acid/alkaline filter device absorbs the acid/alkaline gases in the outside air. The particle filter device traps the particles in the air flow. Through this design, the blower draws in air filtered by the acid/alkaline filter device. The blower therefore does not suffer erosion and therefore the air cleaning unit enjoys prolonged operation life span.

Abstract: An array substrate for an IPS mode LCD device comprises a substrate; a gate line along a first direction; a data line along a second direction; a TFT connected to the gate and data lines; a common electrode having a plate shape on the substrate and formed of a first transparent conductive material; and a pixel electrode formed of a second transparent conductive material on the common electrode and including first and second portions and a plurality of third portions combining the first portion with the second portion. The first and second portions are parallel to the second direction and separated from each other and the plurality of third portions are oblique to the first and second portions and separated from one another.

Abstract: A method for computing a social game in a social media providing a computing environment in which members are visualized with their avatars respectively associated with the members and the members socialize. An environment in which the members play a master game and a slave game is provided, in which the slave game is a battle card game. The organic light emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate; a first electrode disposed on the substrate; a pixel definition layer formed on the first electrode and having an opening portion through which a region of the first electrode is exposed; an intermediate layer connected to the first electrode through the opening portion and including an organic emission layer; a second electrode electrically connected to the intermediate layer; and an inorganic planarization pattern portion disposed between the substrate and the first electrode and formed to at least correspond to the opening portion.

Abstract: A head suspension includes a base to be attached to a carriage, a load beam having a rigid part and a resilient part that connects the rigid part to the base, the load beam applying load onto a read/write head, a flexure attached to the load beam and supporting the head, an actuator attaching part located between the base and the head, and a piezoelectric element being deformable in response to a voltage applied thereto to move the head in a sway direction relative to the base. For the head suspension, it bonds the piezoelectric element with a bonding tape to the actuator attaching part and applies an adhesive to fix the piezoelectric element to the actuator attaching part.

Abstract: An earpiece-oriented sterilizing dustproof device includes an earpiece rack body, two swing door bodies, a casing, and a sterilization light source module. The earpiece rack body comprises an upper base, a lower base, and a connection element. The connection element is disposed between the upper base and the lower base. The upper base, the lower base and the connection element define a receiving space. The swing door bodies are pivotally connected to two ends of the earpiece rack body, respectively. The swing door bodies conceal the receiving space. The casing is disposed on the lower base and has two opposing transparent oblique surfaces corresponding in position to the swing door bodies, respectively. The sterilization light source module is disposed at the lower base and inside the casing. Therefore, the earpiece-oriented sterilizing dustproof device is dustproof and disinfects ear pads of on-ear earpieces.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes an image carrier, and a rotation device having image-forming devices each containing a toner and forming a toner image on the image carrier with the toner. The apparatus further includes: a detector attached to at least one of the image-forming devices to detect a quantity of the toner, thereby outputting an analog signal representing the quantity; and a transmission path transmitting the analog signal to the outside of the rotation device. The transmission path includes: a rotation terminal mounted on and rotating with the rotation device; and a contact terminal provided outside the rotation device, and maintaining continuity with the rotation terminal by contacting a surface of the rotation terminal even when the rotation terminal rotates. The apparatus further includes a correction section correcting the analog signal transmitted by the transmission path, according to a contact resistance between the rotation terminal and the contact terminal.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a backlight module which can be incorporated within the liquid crystal display device, and which includes a waveguide, a heat dissipating frame, a light source and a backframe. The heat dissipating frame includes a carrying portion and a sidewalk. The carrying portion abuts against a bottom surface of the waveguide. The carrying portion is defined with openings in an area adjacent to the sidewalk. The light source is mounted onto the sidewall and offset to the opening. The backframe includes a bottom board and erections which extend and pass through the opening. The bottom board abuts the carrying portion. The thickness of the erection is larger than the thickness of the light source such that expansion of the waveguide exposed under heat will not in contacting with the light source. Accordingly, the light source will not be damaged by the expansion of the waveguide, and therefore prolong the service of the light source.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing lubricating base oils by using vacuum distilled deasphalted oil, and more specifically, to a method for preparing various kinds of lubricating base oils by distilling a distillate obtained from a solvent deasphalting (SDA) process under reduced pressure to obtain heavy deasphalted oil (H-DAO) and light deasphalted (Lt-DAO) and then treating the H-DAO and the Lt-DAO by catalytic reactions, respectively. According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain heavy lubricating base oil (150BS) of a high viscosity grade which can not be obtained by a known catalytic reaction and a lubricating base oil of group III by hydrogenation, in a high yield, and thus economical efficiency is excellent.

Abstract: Provided is an optical glass which can satisfy all of the following requirements: (1) it contains no environmentally undesirable components; (2) it can easily achieve a low glass transition point; (3) it has a high refractive index and high dispersion; (4) it can easily provide a glass having a superior visible light transmittance; and (5) it has superior resistance to devitrification during preparation of a preform. The optical glass has a refractive index nd of 2.0 or more, an Abbe's number ?d of 20 or less, a glass transition point of 450° C. or below, and a glass composition, in % by mass, of 70 to 90% Bi2O2, 4 to 29.9% B2O2, 0.1 to 10% Li2O+Na2O+K2O, and 0 to 2.5% SiO2+Al2O2 and is substantially free of lead component, arsenic component, F component, TeO2, and GeO2.
