The invention also provides cells reconstituted from preserved somatic cells, and the use of the reconstituted cells in cell therapy. A preferred cell preparation in accordance with the invention comprises stem cells, preferably human stem cells.

In one arrangement, metadata related to media accessible from a media server of the local network is determined via the bridge device, and the metadata is transformed via the bridge device to enable peer-to-peer devices of the public network to discover the media via the bridge device using the Internet-based peer-to-peer networking protocol. In another arrangement, metadata related to media accessible from the public network is determined via the peer-to-peer networking protocol, and the metadata is transformed via the bridge device to enable a device of the local network to discover the media via the bridge device using the ad-hoc, peer-to-peer protocol.

The present invention can realize a method for detecting flicker noise, in which an image obtained with the reduced calculation time and use of a minimum memory has a robust in characteristics of a subject.

The image edge correction apparatus includes an edge information extraction unit extracting edge information of an input image based on luminance change directivity information of the input image and an edge enhancement unit enhancing an edge of the input image by applying different luminance weights to a pixel of interest included in the input image based on the edge information of the input image. Thus, by appropriately enhancing a contour portion of an image while minimizing noise in a plane portion of the image, the sharpness of the image can be improved.

The codec also includes video encoder connected to the buffer memory to encode video data recorded in the individual area and the common area.
