Abstract: An assembly for dispensing fluid products, comprising a housing (44) having a dispense opening (40) and a mount (42) for a container (12) that contains the fluid product, pumping means (45), a diverting element (53) rotatable around a rotation axis (R) provided with a first channel (A) and a second channel (B), which are in fluid communication with one another and each have an open end (66) arranged radially with respect to the rotation axis (R) on a peripheral surface (65) of the rotatable diverting element (53). The assembly further comprises a suction conduit (49) connected to an inlet of the pumping means (45) for withdrawing fluid product from said container (12) installed on the mount (42), a delivery conduit (50) fluidly connecting an outlet of the pumping means (45) and said rotatable diverting element (53), and a recirculation conduit (52) arranged downstream of the diverting element (53) for returning fluid product to the container (12).

Abstract: A dispensing machine for dispensing fluid products comprising a dispensing zone (15) in which elongated support means (12) are disposed, configured to support a plurality of removable containing units (11) of the fluid products in a stationary manner along a longitudinal axis (X) is disclosed. The dispensing zone (15) further includes translation means (20) configured to allow moving a receptacle (18) positioned on a metering unit and disposed on the translation means (20) substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction (X) to delivery positions substantially vertically below said containing units (11) and measurement means (16) configured to meter a quantity of fluid product that is delivered from a containing unit (11) to the receptacle (18) in a delivery position corresponding to the respective containing unit.

Abstract: A method to dispense fluid products is implemented in a dispensing machine by combining gravimetric and volumetric dispensing techniques which comprises at least one containing unit to contain at least one fluid and equipped with a dispensing mean, a dispensing station comprising a dispensing head fluidically connected to the containing unit and equipped with at least one dispensing nozzle, a user interface to enter input data for the preparation of a fluid product, and a control unit connected to the user interface and to the dispensing mean of the containing unit so as to command the dispensing of the fluid.

Abstract: A machine to automatically dispense at least one fluid product, in particular a liquid dye, comprising support members configured to support one or more dispensing units each having a tank, in which said fluid product to be dispensed is contained, a dispensing nozzle and a pumping member, configured to selectively convey a desired quantity of the fluid product from the tank to the dispensing nozzle and from the latter to an external container. Rapid attachment means, drivable by an actuation element, which can also be possibly driven manually, are present to allow the easy and simple positioning of each dispensing unit on the support means and the equally easy and simple removal of each dispensing unit from the support members.

Abstract: A piston pump is disclosed suitable to be installed on machines for dispensing fluid products, comprising a jacket, a piston device mobile with alternate motion inside said jacket and comprising a rod and a head. The pump also comprises a pipe for fluids to enter and a pipe for fluids to exit, said pipes being disposed on the same side of the jacket and on opposite sides with respect to the piston device.

Abstract: A Container is disclosed with a stirrer device suitable to be installed on machines for dispensing fluid products. The container comprises a tank with a particular configuration defined by two cylinders each having a respective longitudinal axis, wherein the distance between two of the longitudinal axes is less than the diameter of a cylinder, and in which two stirrer units are comprised, coaxial to the cylinders of the tank. The stirrer units have elements that have a radial dimension a little less than the radius of the cylinders and are disposed along the substantial entirety of the longitudinal extension of shafts rotating axially, said shafts not having around them a zone not spatially affected by a stirrer element attached to said corresponding shaft.

Abstract: A fluid recirculation and dispenser valve unit of a fluid comprises a fluid recirculation and dispenser valve and a cartridge in which an axial valve seat is made which at least partially houses said valve. Said valve comprises a valve body and a valve rod which extends partially in said valve body and which is axially movable between a closed rearward position of the valve and an open forward position of the valve. The axial valve seat comprises a proximal recirculation portion, which communicates fluidically with a recirculation duct, and a distal dispenser portion in fluidic communication with a dispenser duct.

Abstract: A device to prevent the drying of nozzles of a machine for the preparation of fluid coloring products having a delivery head includes an anti-drying member and an actuation mechanism to take the anti-drying member from an inactive position distant from the delivery head to an operating position in contact with the delivery head. The actuation mechanism includes an actuation lever oscillating with respect to a fixed support and a group of parallelogram levers commanded by the actuation lever and connected to the anti-drying member so as to keep an upper surface of the anti-drying member constantly parallel to the lower surface of the delivery head during the movement from the inactive position to the operating position.

Abstract: A positioning and support device for tanks of fluid coloring products, comprising a plate having a plurality of through apertures into which the tanks are suitable to be inserted from above. Snap-in attachment elements are provided in correspondence with each of the through apertures to cooperate with one of the tanks and keep it positioned, at least temporarily, inside the corresponding through aperture.

Abstract: A perforation device to perforate closed receptacles containing coloring products is provided, and includes a support plane which is configured to support a receptacle to be perforated. The support plane is movable in a substantially vertical direction. The perforation device also includes a perforation member positioned at a determinate height, higher than the support plane, and an actuator to selectively move the support plane toward the perforation member to cause the perforation of the receptacle to be perforated. The actuator includes a lifting mechanism connected to the support plane and drivable by a pedal that cannot be driven by an operator without the operator also driving a safety mechanism at the same time using both hands.

The collector comprises a containing body provided with one or more through cavities. In correspondence with one end associated to an external surface the containing body is provided with a positioning element. Abstract: Machine and method for dispensing fluid coloring products, each having a different color, to form a finished product having a desired color tone corresponding to a determinate formula, wherein an electronic control circuit comprises a central process unit and two electronic actuation circuits, each configured to be selectively associated to each motorized pumping member of the delivery circuits, so as to selectively cause the simultaneous drive of two motorized pumping members. The central process unit is programmed so as to reduce to a minimum the overall delivery time, by selectively coupling each of the two electronic actuation circuits to one of the motorized pumping members, as a function of the formula corresponding to the desired color tone.

Abstract: Perforation device to perforate closed receptacles containing coloring products, comprising a support plane, movable in a substantially vertical direction and on which a receptacle to be perforated is suitable to be disposed, a perforation member positioned at a determinate height, higher than the support plane, and actuation means to selectively move the support plane toward the perforation member to cause the perforation of the receptacle to be perforated. The actuation means comprise a lifting mechanism connected to the support plane and drivable by means of a pedal from being driven by an operator without the latter also driving said safety mechanism at the same time and with both hands.

Abstract: A highly reflective coating painting product, particularly suitable as a coating for integrating spheres, comprises a diffusely reflective product such as, for example, barium sulphate, and an acrylic binder or glue, which are dispersed in a liquid vehicle, preferably constituted by a mixture of water and alcohol. The acrylic binder or glue is a product based on acrylic polymer or copolymer the quantity of which in the coating product is between about 1% and 15%, and preferably between 3% and 4%, by weight, relative to the reflective product. The coating product is applied to a surface in successive layers until a thickness of at least 0.5 mm is reached. The surface coated with the product is then subjected to heating, preferably at about 100° C., for about 1 hour.
