The main structural portion is adhered to the housing. The bridging portion is connected to the main structural portion and has a cuttable property. The inspection portion is connected to a position of the bridging portion different from the main structural portion, and is adhered to the housing. The inspection portion is pulled or pushed by an external force when the bridging portion is cut off, so as to evaluate adhesion strength between the main structural portion and the housing according to a separation degree between the inspection portion and the housing.
