Abstract: A bracket assembly includes a back plate with outer and inner sides and a pin opening extending therethrough. A clasp member has an extending portion and an encasing portion extending from the extending portion. The extending and encasing portions and the inner side of the body define a channel configured to receive a rack beam. A pin seated in the pin opening has a shank, and a head at the outer side of the back plate. The shank extends through the opening into the channel. The shank is configured to engage the rack beam within the channel. The head is welded to the outer side of the back plate. An extension member defines a support surface and includes pair of substantially J-shaped plates and a cover nested with the plates such that it forms the entire support surface and is substantially flush with sides of the substantially J-shaped plates.

Abstract: A weightlifting assembly includes a wall mount bracket configured for mounting to a wall surface and a weightlifting rack assembly connected to the wall mount bracket. The weightlifting rack assembly may have various configurations, including a foldable weight rack assembly, a pull-up bar, a fixed weightlifting rack, a wall-mount weightlifting rack, or various other configurations. The wall mount bracket may be elongated along a lateral width thereof and may have a first mounting region and a second mounting region spaced from each other along the lateral width of the wall mount bracket. The wall mount bracket may also include a central panel that is spaced from the wall surface to provide clearance for fasteners for connection to the weightlifting rack assembly, and in some embodiments, the weightlifting rack assembly may be connected to multiple wall mount panels.

Abstract: A clamping device for securely engaging one or more objects through an application of pressure. The clamping device includes a primary member having opposed interior and exterior surfaces. The primary member has a generally cylindrical shape such that the interior surface defines a generally circular space about a center point of the primary member. The clamping device can receive an elongated member through the generally circular space circumscribed by the primary member. The primary member is adapted for clamping and releasing such that the clamping device may releasably engage the elongated member. The elongated member is securely retained by the clamping device through the application of pressure.
Abstract: A weight plate includes a first section having an annular shape with a passage extending axially through the first section and configured to receive an elongated member therethrough, and a second section having an annular shape and positioned radially outward of the first section, where the second section includes first and second outer surfaces on opposite axial sides of the weight plate with an axial thickness defined between the first and second outer surfaces. The second section has a plurality of recesses each extending axially inward from the first and second outer surfaces at least partially through the axial thickness of the second section.

Abstract: A clamping device, such as a barbell collar, includes a primary member having a cylindrical body with a central passage configured to receive a mounting member therethrough, an actuator mechanism connected to the primary member and moveable between a locked position, where the primary member securely engages the mounting member, and an unlocked position, where the primary member is removable from the mounting member. The clamping device also includes a retaining mechanism configured to releasably retain the actuator in the unlocked position.
Abstract: An assembly for use with a weight rack includes a mounting rail for mounting to the weight rack, including a plurality of rail sections extending laterally and spaced along the length of the mounting rail to define slots therebetween. The accessory includes a mounting portion for removably mounting to the mounting rail and a functional portion connected to the mounting portion for use in a weightlifting exercise. The mounting portion includes a fixed portion and a moveable portion that is moveable with respect to the fixed portion between a locked position, where the fixed portion and the moveable portion engage the mounting rail, and a release position, where the accessory can be removed from the rail. The mounting portion also includes a peg received in one of the slots of the mounting rail and a locking mechanism that moves the moveable portion between the locked position and the release position.
Abstract: A pull up system including a bar member a support assembly. The bar member is coupled to the support assembly and the support assembly is attachable to an outside surface. A bar locking fastener is likewise disclosed, as is a support assembly for a pull up system.
