Abstract: A keypad capable of being configured with multiple button configurations with buttons of various heights is configured to recognize the button configuration through actuations of the buttons. The keypad is placed in a configuration mode by inputting an unresolvable condition to the keypad. Once in the configuration mode, the buttons are individually actuated in a predefined order to configure the size and function of each button.
Abstract: An ambient light color sensing device adapted to determine color of ambient light and method for calibrating thereof. The ambient light color sensing device comprises a memory, a processor, and a light color sensor having a plurality of channels that detect light at different wavelengths to produce sensor readings. Wherein the processor receives sensor readings from the light color sensor, determines an interpolated spectral power distribution from the received sensor readings, converts the interpolated spectral power distribution to at least one measured light color value that quantifies color of light, and determines at least one calibrated light color value by correlating the at least one measured light color value through a calibration matrix.
Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for an automatic dimming and color adjusting backlight LEDs of wall mounted control device buttons. The control device comprises a light sensor that detects light levels in a room where the control device is installed. The control device comprises a controller that operates the backlight LEDs according to day color setting when it receive a light level reading from the light sensor that is above a day/night threshold and according to a night color setting when it receives a light level reading from the light sensor that is below the day/night threshold. In addition, the controller dims the backlight LEDs based on the detected light level readings according an indication mode dimming curve when the backlight LEDs are in an indication mode and according to a backlight mode dimming curve when the backlight LEDs are in a backlight mode.
Abstract: A system is provided herein comprising: a host audio testing device (HATD) adapted to generate one or more uniquely addressed audio test signals and transmit each generated audio test signal, and which is further adapted to receive audio test data from a bi-directional audio transceiver device (soundbar) device under test (DUT) that can be used in two or more remotely located conference rooms to perform teleconferencing between the remotely located conference rooms; and one or more remote audio generating devices (RATD), each of which is adapted to receive a generated uniquely addressed one or more audio test signals and broadcast the same to the soundbar, wherein each of the RATDs can be located at the same or different distances from the soundbar, the same or different heights with respect to the soundbar, and at the same or different angular placements with respect to the soundbar, and wherein, the HATD is further adapted to store and process the received audio test data from the DUT and generate audio tes

Abstract: Apparatus cools electronic circuitry. An enclosure surrounds the circuitry. Air intake holes are only in a portion of a first panel that faces a first direction. Air exhaust holes are only in a portion of a second panel that faces a second direction opposite the first. Air plenum piece is disposed within the enclosure, and a substantially planar portion extends from a first panel inner wall and ends a distance from a second panel inner wall. At least one tab extends from the substantially planar portion to an upper panel inner wall. The air plenum piece divides an enclosure interior into a first volume, enclosed by the first panel inner wall, substantially planar portion, at least one tab, and upper panel inner wall, into which the air intake holes open and a second volume into which the air exhaust holes open. The second volume is a remaining interior volume.
