Abstract: An axially-switchable quick release device, including: a rod extending in an axial direction; a clutch shaft disposed at an end of the rod and having a meshing teeth portion and an idling ring portion; and a quick release lever having a fitting portion and a turning portion connected to the fitting portion The fitting portion has a fitting teeth portion sleeved onto the clutch shaft and movable along the axial direction and between a meshing position and an idling position. When the quick release lever is at the meshing position, the fitting teeth portion engages with the meshing teeth portion so that the quick release lever and the clutch shaft can rotate synchronously. When the quick release lever is at the idling position, the fitting teeth portion moves to the idling ring portion so that the quick release lever can rotate freely relative to the clutch shaft.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a semiconductor device for stimulation and/or data recording of biological material to a such semiconductor device. The method comprises providing a semiconductor substrate comprising a first insulating layer; providing a patterned conductive layer on top of the first insulating layer; depositing and patterning a second insulating layer atop the patterned conductive layer; growing carbon nano-sheets atop the second insulating layer; and defining carbon nano-sheet electrode areas on the second insulating layer by etching away the carbon nano-sheets outside of the carbon nano-sheet electrode areas.
Abstract: Provided herein are methods for generating conjugated immunoglobulins, the method comprising: decapping a cysteine at amino acid position 80 (“Cys80”) in a light chain variable region of an immunoglobulin, wherein the immunoglobulin comprises a heavy chain variable region and the light chain variable region; and conjugating a thiol-reactive compound to the Cys80, wherein the thiol-reactive compound comprises a thiol-reactive group. Antigen-binding molecules and methods for generating the same, immunoglobulins as well as nucleic acid molecules encoding the immunoglobulins and host cells comprising the nucleic acid molecules, conjugated immunoglobulins, and light chain variable regions for use in a conjugated immunoglobulin are also provided.

Abstract: Electrical, hydraulic and mechanical connectors for a windscreen wiper of a vehicle are disclosed. The electrical connector includes a body bearing electrical plugs and detachable fixing means which are configured to cooperate with the mechanical connector. The hydraulic connector does not comprise such means and is fixed to the mechanical connector solely by the interlocking of its small tubes in the mechanical connector. The mechanical connector comprises two substantially parallel tabs having at their free ends notches for the fixing means of the electrical connector to be resiliently clipped thereto.
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for estimating the dose administered by an external radiotherapy system. The portal image supplied by the EPID detector is converted into a dose at a depth of reference in water, by means of a simple conversion formula. Conversely, the corresponding portal image can be determined from a distribution of a nominal dose, under the same irradiation conditions. The invention can especially be applied to the verification of a treatment plan.
Abstract: The invention is directed to a bispecific chimeric antigen receptor, comprising: (a) at least two antigen-specific targeting regions; (b) an extracellular spacer domain; (c) a transmembrane domain; (d) at least one co-stimulatory domain; and (e) an intracellular signaling domain, wherein each antigen-specific targeting region comprises an antigen-specific single chain Fv (scFv) fragment, and binds a different antigen, and wherein the bispecific chimeric antigen receptor is co-expressed with a therapeutic control. Abstract: A class D amplifier receives and amplifies a differential analog signal which is then differentially integrated. Two pulse width modulators generate pulse signals corresponding to the differentially integrated analog signal and two power units generate output pulse signals. The outputs the power units are coupled to input terminals of integrators via a resistor feedback network. An analog output unit converts the pulse signals to an output analog signal. The differential integration circuitry implements a soft transition between mute/un-mute. In mute, the integrator output is fixed. During the soft transition, the PWM outputs change slowly from a fixed 50% duty cycle to a final value to ensure that no pop noise is present in the output as a result of mode change.
Abstract: A solar module includes an encapsulant and solar cells in the encapsulant. The encapsulant includes a colored encapsulant on one side of the solar cells and a transparent encapsulant on the other side of the solar cells. An interface between the colored encapsulant and the transparent encapsulant is located more on the one side than a main surface of the other side of the solar cells and located more on the other side than a center in a thickness direction of the solar cells.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a mechanical press-type switch valve core, which subverts usage of traditional switch valve core in control of water, switches from rotary switch to press-type switch, and reduces damage of switch handle during use. You can use other parts of body to press the switch (such as arms) when hands are inconvenient in use process. The appearance is relatively simple and generous in the use of the product. The mechanical press-type switch valve core is provided a compression spring between the pressing assembly and the blocking assembly for up-and-down movement acting on the water-blocked rod, and at the same time overcoming water pressure force of the water-blocked rod and O-shape sealing ring when the valve core is opened. The mechanical press-type switch valve core is sealed with the O-shape sealing ring, which is a static seal, and has high sealing life.
