The rotational and finishing axes are separate from one another.

Abstract: Clinical information, molecular information and/or computer-generated morphometric information is used in a predictive model for predicting the occurrence of a medical condition. In an embodiment, a model predicts risk of prostate cancer progression in a patient, where the model is based on features including one or more (e.g., all) of preoperative PSA, dominant Gleason Grade, Gleason Score, at least one of a measurement of expression of AR in epithelial and stromal nuclei and a measurement of expression of Ki67-positive epithelial nuclei, a morphometric measurement of average edge length in the minimum spanning tree (MST) of epithelial nuclei, and a morphometric measurement of area of non-lumen associated epithelial cells relative to total tumor area. In some embodiments, the morphometric information is based on image analysis of tissue subject to multiplex immunofluorescence and may include characteristic(s) of a minimum spanning tree (MST) and/or a fractal dimension observed in the images.

Construction of full depth pavements with emulsions and the related process disclosed herein is now possible at temperatures below about 160° F. to 180° F. by the unique and unexpected combination of emulsifier(s), surfactant(s) and optional break control agent(s), to form mixtures of emulsion plus break control agent and aggregates. The mixtures of emulsion plus break control agent and aggregates are then spread across the paving area. The spread mixture then breaks, sets and otherwise cures to a complete mass or mat suitable for the intended design application.

Abstract: Current flowing through an inductor in response to a pulse width modulation (PWM) control signal is sensed to generate a sensed current. The sensed current is processed over one or more PWM cycles of the PWM control signal to generate an output signal indicative of average inductor current. This processing may include charging and discharging a capacitor at different rates dependent on the sense current, with the detection of capacitor discharge triggering a sampling of a voltage dependent on the sensed current that is indicative of average inductor current. The processing may include using the sensed to current to generate a first charge voltage associated with minimum inductor current and a second charge voltage associated with maximum inductor current, and then averaging the first and second charge voltages to generate an output signal indicative of average inductor current.
Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and methods for controlling power modes in electronic devices are provided. A system may include an electronic device and an input device that sends power mode selection information via a network to a power mode selection receiving component in the electronic device. The electronic device includes a first power component that powers a first component, and a switching component that controls the first power component. The electronic device may include a second power component that powers a second component. The switching component may control the second power component. The power mode selection receiving component and the switching component may be powered independently of the first and the second component. If the power mode selection information indicates an off mode, the electronic device may provide power to the power mode selection receiving component and the switching component and not to the first and the second component.

Abstract: An improved highback adjustment system for a splitboard boot binding. A captive strut is mounted on the spine of the highback, the strut having a forward lean adjustor block such that rotation or sliding of the block lengthens or shortens the strut. The combination provides a broadly adjustable range of forward lean bias in small increments and the block is readily disengaged and stowed on the highback when not needed. Advantageously, the mechanism that can be operated and adjusted without tools, even with gloved hands, a significant benefit in winter conditions, and does not jam with snow. Methods of use of the improved forward lean adjustor and highback are also disclosed.
