  • Patent number: 9312223
Abstract: The present invention relates to an interconnection structure and a method for fabricating the same. According to the present invention, cavities are formed between the interconnection dielectric by using a sacrificial layer, carbon nanotubes are used as the interconnection material for local interconnection between via holes, graphene nanoribbons are used as the interconnection material for metal lines, and cavities are included in the interconnection dielectric. In addition, the conventional CMOS BEOL Cu interconnection technique is applied to the intermediate interconnection level and the global interconnection level. In this way, the high parasitic resistance and parasitic capacitance in the Cu interconnection technique, which may occur when the local interconnection is relatively small in size, can be effectively overcome.

  • Publication number: 20160100468
Abstract: A bidirectional voltage differentiator circuit comprises start-up circuitry, sensing circuitry, and output circuitry coupled to logic circuitry. The start-up circuitry acts to start-up the sensing circuitry when the circuit is powered on, and accelerates the response of the sensing circuitry thereafter. The sensing circuitry senses variation in an input voltage applied to an input node. Responsive to the voltage variation sensed by the sensing circuitry, the output circuitry produces a state change at a first or second output node. The logic circuitry receives the states of the output nodes and produces a logic output signal to indicate the occurrence of the variation sensed in the input voltage. The voltage sensing circuit is operable to sense variation of the input voltage regardless of whether the voltage is rising or falling and without regard to the DC value of the input voltage.

  • Publication number: 20160098898
Abstract: The invention relates to systems and methods of selecting and placing real-world wagers responsive to one or more wager triggers, obtaining outcomes of the real-world wagers, facilitating user interactions with various interactive media, and revealing the outcomes of the real-world wagers through the interactive media to give an appearance that the outcomes of the real-world wagers resulted from the user interactions even though the outcomes resulted from the real-world wagers and were determined before the user interactions. The system may reveal a single outcome (or other value) using a reveal staircase, in which the outcome is split into different increments each having a different value. In an implementation, the different increments may be revealed randomly or in order of their value. For example, a ten dollar payout may be revealed using four fifty cent reveals, three one dollar reveals, one two dollar reveal, and one three dollar reveal.
