Abstract: An internal combustion engine for a motor vehicle has at least one cylinder for accommodating a piston and at least one pre-chamber spark plug allocated to the combustion chamber of the cylinder. The engine also has a pre-chamber, fluidically connected with the combustion chamber via several openings, in which at least one ignition spark is generable by the pre-chamber spark plug. At the induction stroke of the internal combustion engine, a rinsing of the pre-chamber with inlet gas including at least fuel and air occurs, so that, at the ignition point, an ignitable mixture of fuel and air is accommodated in the pre-chamber.
Abstract: A mixing device for mixing exhaust gas from a combustion engine of a vehicle with a solution for lowering the content of nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas includes a casing with an exhaust inlet, an exhaust outlet, and a corner region in which an exhaust gas flow is diverted toward the exhaust outlet. The corner region has an opening for a dosing unit. A flow guide is arranged within the casing. The flow guide is configured to divide a total of the exhaust gas flow into a first exhaust gas stream and a second exhaust gas stream. A gap for the second exhaust gas stream is formed between the flow guide and a side wall of the casing. In the side wall the opening for the dosing unit is located. An end region of the flow guide is arranged upstream of the opening for the dosing unit.

Abstract: A method for generating a virtual currency depending on a use of a motor vehicle in which a piece of driving behavior information of a user of the motor vehicle is determined depending on at least one driving dynamic parameter of the motor vehicle and is transmitted to an electronic computing device. The virtual currency is generated by the electronic computing device depending on the transmitted piece of driving behavior information.
Abstract: A tank valve for installation on a compressed gas container has a base body having a shared gas connection for refueling/extraction which is divided inside the base body into a refueling line and an extraction line as part of an extraction path, and has an extraction valve in the extraction line. The tank valve has a check valve disposed in the extraction path in series with the extraction valve, blocking the flow against the flow direction when gas is extracted.

Abstract: A vehicle driving apparatus includes axle housings to which a differential-side housing is coupled, the axle housings integrally housing drive shafts of driving wheels, first support sections that couple first rotary support shafts coupled to a vehicle body and the axle housings and perform a swing motion with the first rotary support shafts as a rotation center to thereby support the axle housings on the vehicle body, and second support sections that elastically couple second rotary support shafts supported on the vehicle body via rail structures and a motor-side housing and perform a swing motion with the second rotary support shafts as a rotation center to thereby support the motor-side housing on the vehicle body. The rail structures are configured such that the second rotary support shafts are movable in a vehicle front-rear direction.
Abstract: A tank valve for installation at a pressure gas tank has a base body including a first base body section, which in the assembled state projects into the pressure gas tank and is sealingly connected with the same, and includes a second base body section, which in the assembled state remains outside the pressure gas tank. The tank valve further has a plurality of functional sub-groups for refueling the pressure gas tank via a refueling path, for the extraction of gas from the pressure gas tank via an extraction path, and for implementing safety and operating functions.
Abstract: A pole cap for a battery pole of a battery has a sleeve-like contacting portion, which has an outer periphery widening conically in the direction of the battery pole and tapering conically in the direction of the battery pole. A terminal is formed as a double-walled terminal sleeve having an inner wall and an outer wall, both designed to be supported by a collar, where the walls form an annular gap for positively receiving the sleeve-like contacting portion of the pole cap and where the gap tapers in the direction of the collar.
Abstract: A travel route selection system for an electric truck includes a map information acquisition unit that acquires map information including transport route information on transport routes. An electric power consumption map storage unit is adapted to pre-store a stop-time electric power consumption map used to estimate electric power consumption during the stoppage time during which the electric truck stops for a predetermined period with high-voltage equipment kept in operating state. A stoppage time estimation unit estimates stoppage time on each transportation route. An electric power consumption estimation unit estimates the electric power consumption on each of the transportation routes based on the stoppage time estimated by the stoppage time estimation unit as well as on the stop-time electric power consumption map. An optimal route selection unit selects an optimal route based on fundamental information including information on the amount of electric power consumption of each of the transport routes.
Abstract: A method for connecting a first component to at least one second component by at least one joining element which is introduced into the components at a joining point. The joining element is pushed into the components by an industrial robot at a speed of less than five meters per second.

Abstract: In a method for assessing a condition of a particulate filter for use in an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, a difference between a pressure exerted on the input side of the particulate filter and a pressure exerted on the output side of the particulate filter is recorded by a differential pressure sensor. The difference in pressure is taken into account when assessing the condition. Furthermore, the pressure exerted on the output side of the particulate filter in relation to the atmospheric pressure is recorded by a relative pressure sensor. When assessing the condition of the particulate filter, the pressure recorded by the relative pressure sensor is also taken into account. A frequency of changes in pressure and/or an amplitude load of the pressure is assessed. The invention also relates to an exhaust system for a motor vehicle.

Abstract: A method for operating an exhaust system of an internal combustion engine of a motor vehicle, in which exhaust gas from the internal combustion engine flows through a first SCR catalytic converter, which is followed by an ammonia barrier catalytic converter, and flows through a second SCR catalytic converter which is disposed downstream of the ammonia barrier catalyst, includes introducing a reducing agent introduced into the exhaust gas by a first metering device upstream of the first SCR catalytic converter and by a second metering device upstream of the second SCR catalytic converter. When a predetermined threshold value of a temperature of a region of the exhaust system is exceeded, a quantity of reducing agent introduced into the exhaust gas by the first metering device is increased.
Abstract: A vehicle transmission includes a toothed gear, a shift sleeve, a shift fork configured to actuate the shift sleeve, and a fork bend partially surrounding the shift sleeve in an installed state. At least one region of the fork bend has an axial step. The at least one region having the axial step has a shape of a circular ring section substantially extending at an angle of 180 degrees in a circumferential direction of the fork bend. The axial step has two radially adjacent sections arranged axially offset in relation to one another. One section of the fork bend partially engages in the toothed gear in an initial switching state and a second section of the fork bend overlaps with one side wall of a groove in the shift sleeve in an axial direction.
Abstract: An integrated starter and on-board electrical system disconnecting module for connecting to a starter battery and to an on-board electrical system by a transducer is disclosed. A method for limiting the starting current in a motor vehicle and the use of the integrated starter and on-board electrical system disconnecting module in multi-voltage on-board electrical systems, in particular during a start-stop operation of plug-in hybrid vehicles and for hybrid on-board electrical systems, are also disclosed. The transducer can be connected to a starter circuit including the starter battery from an on-board electrical system side, via a starter control device and via an on-board electrical system disconnector. The on-board electrical system can be uncoupled from the starter circuit and the starter control device and the on-board electrical system disconnector are integrated in the module.
