Abstract: Methods, systems, devices, and computer-program products are described herein for providing dynamic content serving. The dynamic content serving technology can identify, in real-time, programming arriving at a client device, identify a specific media segment being received and/or displayed, and determine which pre-stored substitute media segment may be used to replace the identified segment. A picture-in-picture channel can be used to display the substitute media segment.

Abstract: An electronic display board is configured to control 4-way dual scanning in which a gray scale pixel (GSP) is applied to a DICT, wherein an MCU, which is equipped with a GSP function along with driving control and DICT control for easily implementing a high-definition image, can switch, by dual scanning, an image in which an image data value with a gamma value determined on a histogram by (a gamma controller) of an image processing DICT unit including a GSP has been gray-scaled by the GSP to equalize and process the image through gamma correction of the image and the histogram of the brightness of the image, so that the image can be displayed on the electronic display board without noises such as interruption of the image and distortion of the image quality even under the control of image transmission for high-speed processing.

The method comprises the obtaining of data concerning the state and the operation of each of a plurality of vehicles of a particular type in a vehicle fleet; detecting an anomalous average fuel consumption over a certain period in at least one first vehicle of said vehicle fleet on the basis of analysis of the data received; determining and accounting for the cause of said anomalous average fuel consumption detected by means of the implementation of an explainable artificial intelligence algorithm that takes into account different parameters of the first vehicle, including parameters concerning: the driving behaviour of the first vehicle over a set period of time, the state of the first vehicle and a number of meteorological and environmental elements, and deducing the influence of each of the parameters.

Abstract: A method for fetching a content from a web server to a client device is disclosed, using tunnel devices serving as intermediate devices. The tunnel device is selected based on an attribute, such as IP Geolocation. A tunnel bank server stores a list of available tunnels that may be used, associated with values of various attribute types. The tunnel devices initiate communication with the tunnel bank server, and stays connected to it, for allowing a communication session initiated by the tunnel bank server. Upon receiving a request from a client to a content and for specific attribute types and values, a tunnel is selected by the tunnel bank server, and is used as a tunnel for retrieving the required content from the web server, using standard protocol such as SOCKS, WebSocket or HTTP Proxy. The client only communicates with a super proxy server that manages the content fetching scheme.

Abstract: A method for seamlessly and automatically granting tailored permission for use and transference of internet data between databases with comprehensive consent is described. The method employs a graph language such as JSON-LD to integrate and employ cryptographically signed Information Sharing Agreements (ISA) between parties. Data is serialized to be easily transferred between databases when appropriate permission is obtained. Granular data exchange under usage control contacts can be automated among any number of parties on the internet. As such, the method provides a means by which users may control not only what may be done with their data, but to what entity or entities the data may be transferred. Advertisements may then be served to the user according to his or her preferences as defined within a web or desktop app, which is then applied to all related ad publishers publishing to the domains visited by the user.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for identifying and generating insights using machine learning and serverless computing systems. When events are detected, data from those events is collected and formatted into predefined formats. That formatted data is then used within an instance, where a machine learning algorithm is executed by a serverless computing system using the data within the instance as input. The result from the machine learning algorithm is an insight into the event and event data, which can be presented to users for interpretation.

Abstract: A method for fetching a content from a web server to a client device is disclosed, using tunnel devices serving as intermediate devices. The client device accesses an acceleration server to receive a list of available tunnel devices. The requested content is partitioned into slices, and the client device sends a request for the slices to the available tunnel devices. The tunnel devices in turn fetch the slices from the data server, and send the slices to the client device, where the content is reconstructed from the received slices. A client device may also serve as a tunnel device, serving as an intermediate device to other client devices.
