Abstract: Telescopic suspension device (10) attached to the hub (422) of a wheel (424) of the type comprising a first tube (12), a second tube (14) sliding relative to the first tube and a main spring (34) arranged inside said tubes, and further comprising a pretension adjustment stopper (18) of the spring (34) installed at the upper end (16) of said first tube. The suspension device comprises a pretension tracking system (39) of the spring, representative of the weight of the user, connected to the stopper (18).

Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle (10), e.g. of the scooter type, comprising: a deck (12); tail gear (30) having single contact means (32); a steering assembly (16) comprising at least a steering column (18) having a first axis (X1), the first axis and the plane of the support forming a first angle (a1); nose gear (22); the nose gear being mounted to pivot relative to the deck about a second axis (X2); the steering column being arranged in such a manner that pivoting the steering column about the first axis causes the nose gear to pivot about the second axis; and the first and second axes sloping relative to each other, thereby defining a second angle (a2). The invention is characterized by the fact that the first angle (a1) is not variable while the vehicle is in use.
Abstract: A buoyancy assistance kit including a belt for surrounding part of the trunk of a user and two armbands each surrounding part of an arm of said user respectively, the belt and the armbands each including at least one element arranged so as to ensure a buoyancy assistance function, each armband being connected to said belt by an element, each element having an elasticity which allows the relative position of the armband to be adapted in relation to the belt when being worn.

Abstract: A method for producing a footwear item having a shoe provided with an external upper. The invention concerns a method for producing a footwear item having a shoe (1) provided with an external upper (9), the method involving forming a shoe (1) with an intermediate portion (2) that delimits a housing (3) for receiving the foot of a user, a sleeve (5) mounted over the intermediate portion and a peripheral skirt (10) extending from the junction area between the intermediate portion and the sleeve, surrounding the base (8) of the sleeve, the method involving the following successive steps in order to provide the shoe with the upper: retracting the sleeve (5) into the receiving housing (3) until the sleeve is disposed under at least a portion of the skirt (10); associating a lower portion (9a) of the upper (9) with the skirt; deploying the sleeve over the intermediate portion (2) in order for it to extend into the upper.
Abstract: Dispensing device for a drink based on a first fluid to which a second fluid can be added selectively, including a support containing a chamber having a first port communicating with a reservoir of said first fluid, a second port communicating with a reservoir of the second fluid, and an outlet port, further including a dispensing assembly mounted movably relative to the support following: a first displacement arranged to selectively open and close the outlet port and/or the first port by a first actuating element for the first displacement; and a second displacement arranged to open and close the second port selectively by a second element to enable the actuation of the second displacement; the second element being arranged to be actuated after the first element and following a type of motion different to the type of motion necessary for the actuation of the first element.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a decompression buoy (1) comprising an inflatable bag (2) having a tubular portion (4) defining a an inside volume (12) and a longitudinal opening portion (6) with a first end (14) leading to the inside volume (12) and a second end (16) leading to the outside. The opening portion (6) thus enables gas to flow between the outside and the inside volume (12). The opening portion (6) includes a throat (18) of transverse dimension that is smaller than the transverse dimension of the first end (14), and the second end (16) is adapted to receive the end of a diving regulator.
Abstract: The invention relates to a scooter (10) including: a frame (12); a front wheel (20) and a rear wheel (22) attached to the frame; a motor (24) configured for driving into rotation at least one of the front and rear wheels; and a unit (26) for controlling the motor. The invention is characterized by the fact that the unit for controlling the motor includes: acceleration detection means for detecting an acceleration phase of the scooter; deceleration detection means for detecting a deceleration phase of the scooter; the control unit being configured for actuating the motor when a deceleration phase having a period at least equal to a first predetermined threshold has been detected by the deceleration detection means after detection of an acceleration phase by the acceleration detection means.
Abstract: The invention concerns a swimming float presenting an upper wall whereon the distal part of an arm of a user is intended to be fixed and a lower propelling wing, the float being equipped with at least one fixing device comprising at least one strap which is arranged to be able to support the distal part on said upper wall, the fixing device having at least one loop and an adjusting element, each one connected to the upper wall being spaced out transversally on both sides of the upper wall, the strap being joined sliding into the loop while presenting a free end which is arranged to be able to be bound in the adjusting element by adjusting the size between the strap and the upper wall.
