  • Patent number: 12146781
Abstract: A system and method are provided for real-time deduction of material carryback in a loading container of a transport vehicle, wherein the material is loaded in the loading container by a work machine at a first site and dumped from the loading container by the transport vehicle at a second site. A first sensor (e.g., a camera associated with the work machine) provides first data corresponding to a volume of material loaded in the loading container in a first work state (e.g., loaded). A second sensor (e.g., a camera or a payload measuring unit associated with the transport vehicle) provides second data corresponding to a volume of material loaded in the loading container in a second work state (e.g., unloaded). A generated output signal corresponds to a calculated total volume of material associated with a work cycle, said total volume based on at least the provided first and second data.

  • Patent number: 12146299
Abstract: A virtual guidance apparatus assists movement of a loader for connection of a tool carrier with an implement. A vision sensor device generates implement image data representative of an image of an implement adjacent to the tractor. Based on the implement image data relative difference data is generated representative of a relative position between an implement attachment feature that is mutually coupleable with a corresponding carrier attachment feature for coupling the tool carrier with the implement. Based on the relative difference data, alignment guidance data is generated representative of an incremental movement for moving the loader relative to the implement. A visual movement instruction is displayed based on the implement image data and the alignment guidance data superimposed on a viewable image of the implement. The visual movement instruction provides instructions to the operator for moving the loader relative to the implement for coupling the tool carrier with the implement.

  • Publication number: 20240365712
Abstract: One or more techniques and/or systems are disclosed for developing appropriate settings for a windrower implement or forage harvester implement, to obtain a desired crop conditioning profile for a target crop. Field crop conditions may vary due to soil conditions, moisture content, and the operator may wish to get crop uniformity when collected. As such, a profile can be developed that provides adjustment data to actuators to adjust machine setting, to provide for a conditioning systems to obtain a desired result. The adjustment data can be generated based on such as the moisture content of the target crop, the target moisture content, and the dry-down characteristics for the crop. The profile can help set the harvesting system to provide appropriate cut and crimp to result in a desired dry-down time to get uniformity in the collected crop.
