    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for fabricating an inductor with a vertical winding and an injection molding tooling thereof. The fabrication method includes: providing a conductive member that includes a connection piece, which includes a first surface and a second surface that are oppositely arranged, and a pillar on the first surface; injecting the magnetic material onto a side of the conductive member with the pillar, such that the magnetic material and the conductive member form an integrated structure; and cutting the connection piece to form the vertical winding. The injection molding tooling includes: an upper punch for stamping a magnetic material and a conductive member into an integrated structure, a molding cavity body surrounding a periphery of a pillar of the conductive member, and a lower punch for bearing a connection piece of the conductive member.

Each first U-shaped wire includes a U-shaped section arranged at the outermost slot-position layer and protruding from the first side of the core. Each second U-shaped wire includes a U-shaped section arranged at the innermost slot-position layer and protruding from the second side of the core.

The leading roller and the following roller move from the sitting surface to a side surface of the pad via a ridge portion defined by the sitting surface and the side surface.

    Abstract: For powering a vehicle, a high energy density fuel is preferred. However, for example when the high energy fuel is highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide, this fuel may be dangerous to handle; especially when the person handling the fuel is a normal consumer filling a fuel reservoir of his vehicle at a gas station. The present invention therefore provides a vehicle arranged to receive a diluted-and thus safer-fuel, and to densify this fuel to a concentrated fuel in low quantities on board for direct use. To this end a fuel densifier is provided in the vehicle arranged for receiving liquid diluted fuel and arranged to provide a concentrated fuel based on the diluted fuel, the concentrated fuel having a higher energy density than the diluted fuel. A power conversion module of the vehicle is arranged to convert the concentrated fuel to kinetic energy for powering the vehicle.
