Abstract: The invention relates to a method of delivering consignments, in which, in a distribution center, different consignment chambers of a consignment magazine are loaded with different consignments, in which, during the operation of the consignment magazine being loaded, different consignment chambers are moved one after the other into a receiving position for receiving at least one consignment and then into a storage position for the interim storage of the consignments received, in which the assignment of the loaded consignment chambers to the consignments received in each case in the consignment chambers is documented, in which the consignment magazine loaded with consignments is transferred to a vehicle for delivering the consignments, and in which the consignment chambers loaded with consignments are moved one after the other into a discharging position so that the consignment assigned the respective consignment chamber is discharged for delivery purposes.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to, inter alia, a method for checking the authorization to open a receiving compartment of an unmanned vehicle. A step of the method includes obtaining a request to open the receiving compartment of the unmanned vehicle and first proof of authorization information. A position of the unmanned vehicle and at least one environmental parameter dependent on the position of the unmanned vehicle is captured. The authorization of the request to open the receiving compartment of the unmanned vehicle is checked in dependence on the obtained first proof of authorization information, the captured position of the unmanned vehicle, and the captured environmental parameter. The receiving compartment of the unmanned vehicle is opened or caused to open only when the checking reveals that the request to open the receiving compartment of the unmanned vehicle is authorized.

Abstract: The disclosure provides, inter alia, a method that includes obtaining transport information for a transport order, wherein the transport information represents at least one destination position. The method includes obtaining transport convoy information, wherein the transport convoy information represents at least one identifier of a transport convoy, and wherein a planned route of the transport convoy and a transport route between the current position of the transport vehicle and the destination position associated with the transport order comprise a common route section. The method also includes capturing and/or causing the capture of a first surroundings parameter, detecting the transport convoy at least in part based on the captured first surroundings parameter and the obtained transport convoy information, and if the transport convoy is detected, following the transport convoy in the transport vehicle and/or causing the transport vehicle to follow the transport convoy.

Abstract: The subject-matter of the disclosure is a method for the intervention-free control of a vehicle locking system with a mobile terminal device, with the following steps: checking whether the mobile terminal device is located in a surrounding area of the vehicle, if so, authorizing the mobile terminal device in relation to the vehicle by means of a secured wireless point-to-point, two-way communication connection secured with a security key, and opening or locking the vehicle by means of the vehicle locking system if a difference between a current location position of the vehicle and a current location position of the mobile terminal device falls below or exceeds a predefined value in the surrounding area.

Abstract: A method is disclosed in which a challenge from a locker system is transmitted to a mobile device. A response is received from the mobile device at the locker system, and the response was generated by a backend system, which received the challenge from the mobile device, at least based on the challenge received by the backend system and on a first key stored at the backend system and has been transmitted to the mobile device. At the locker system, it is checked whether the received response was generated under usage of at least the challenge and a key that corresponds to a second key stored at the locker system. Access is granted to a compartment of the locker system at least depending on a result of the checking. Further disclosed are methods performed by the mobile device and the backend system, and according apparatuses pertaining to these methods.

Abstract: As disclosed herein, an apparatus receives data from sensors that are arranged in a repository facility so they can capture repository locations of the repository facility and a path in the repository facility. It derives an identification and a position of an object in the repository facility from the received data. It causes storage of the position of the object in association with its identification if a position is not yet stored for the object. If a position is already stored for the object, the apparatus checks the position on the basis of the derived position and causes storage of the derived position in the event of a change. On obtaining an enquiry in regard to the position of an object in the repository facility, the apparatus reads a position of the object, stored in association with the identification of the object, and provides information regarding the position.

The at least one piece goods chamber is assigned at least one holder that is adjustable from a storage position to a transfer position in which the holder is disposed at least partially outside the piece goods chamber, for transferring the piece goods item to/from the piece goods box. The holder, in the transfer position, has two holding regions for holding the at least one piece goods item in the transfer position. In the transfer position, at least one free space is provided between the holding regions of the at least one holder that is accessible in the horizontal direction from outside the at least one piece goods chamber.

Abstract: The invention relates to an electronic method for approving a transaction, to a corresponding transaction system, to a transaction application for carrying out the method, to a mobile terminal having such a transaction application, and to a payment system comprising the transaction system in order to execute the transaction. In this manner, an electronic method is made available that is easy to handle and that can be used to approve a transaction within the scope of a business transaction between buyers and sellers, that can be used virtually without limitations in terms of location, that requires a minimum of already available technical infrastructure, and that is nevertheless secure for all parties involved. For this purpose, the mobile terminal has to have a display element, it has to be suitable to establish a wireless data connection with the transaction server, and it has to have application and e-mail capabilities.
