Abstract: A device for controlling a steering wheel and a method for controlling a steering wheel using the same that includes: a detecting bar which is rotated in conjunction with a steering shaft of an industrial vehicle's steering wheel; a sensor at one side of the detecting bar so as to detect a steering angle of the steering wheel by means of the detecting bar; and a controller which controls the steering wheel based on a sensing signal of the sensor so as to position the steering wheel in a neutral position during a time when electric power is applied to the industrial vehicle and the industrial vehicle is initialized. When an operator turns on a power source of the electric forklift, the steering wheel is positioned in the neutral position to enable an operator to immediately drive the electric forklift without confirming a position of the steering wheel.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic circuit for a forklift, and more particularly, to a hydraulic circuit for a forklift which is capable of preventing an engine from being stopped due to surge pressure that instantaneously occurs when a lift cylinder reaches an end stroke and thus cannot be operated any further when the lift cylinder is extended. According to the hydraulic circuit for a forklift according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, which is configured as described above, the accumulator is provided on the hydraulic line through which the working fluid is provided to the lift cylinder, and as a result, the accumulator may quickly absorb surge pressure when the surge pressure is produced in the lift cylinder or the hydraulic line.
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an insulation film capable of being used in a flexible flat cable(FFC) and having excellent flexibility and mechanical properties, and a flexible flat cable (FFC) using the insulation film. The insulation film provided in the present disclosure has very excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elongation and flexibility, and also has very excellent heat-resisting properties such as contractibility and degeneration caused by heat. In addition, by using the insulation film, the flexible flat cable provided in the present disclosure also has very excellent mechanical properties and heat-resisting properties.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a forklift. The forklift according to the present disclosure is controlled such that when a traveling speed reaches or becomes higher than a predetermined traveling speed, a flow rate of hydraulic oil to be provided to a steering unit is reduced. Therefore, in order to implement a desired direction change, a steering wheel needs to be rotated to a relatively larger degree than when the forklift travels at a low speed. That is, straight traveling performance may be improved by reducing sensitivity of a direction change of the forklift to an operation of the steering wheel.

Abstract: A fuel cell separator, a fuel cell stack having the fuel cell separator, and a reactant gas control method of the fuel cell stack are provided. That is, even when the fuel cell stack operates under the low load operation condition, a reactant gas is supplied to the reactant gas passages of the fuel cell separator, and thus, the length of the passage can be shortened by 50% as compared with the prior art having only one reactant gas passage. Therefore, the reactant gas can be effectively supplied without experiencing pressure loss. Further, in the high load operation of the fuel cell stack, the reactant gas is introduced into the first reactant gas passage of the fuel cell separator and utilized in half of the whole electrode area. Subsequently, the reactant gas is introduced into the second reactant gas passage and utilized in the remaining half of the electrode area.
