    Abstract: A substrate bonding method includes: providing a first and a second substrate; forming, on the first substrate, a first metal micro-bump array including first metal pillar(s) formed on the first substrate and first metal nanowires formed thereon and spaced apart from each other; forming, on the second substrate, a second metal micro-bump array including second metal pillar(s) formed on the second substrate and second metal nanowires formed thereon and spaced apart from each other; pressing the first substrate onto the second substrate, such that the first and second metal micro-bump arrays are positioned and staggered with each other, forming a physically interwoven interlocking structure between the first and second metal nanowires; applying a filling material between the first and second substrates; curing the filling material to form a bonding cavity; and then performing confined heating reflux on the first and second metal micro-bump arrays in the bonding cavity.

According to an embodiment, the multi-view video coding artifact reduction method selects reference fames in neighbors of a current frame constituting a multi-view video, derives unidirectional flows and bilateral flows between the current frame and the reference frames, warps the reference frames based on the derived flows, generates intermediate frames by fusing the current frame, the reference frames, and the warped reference frames, and generates a final frame by fusing the current frame and the intermediate frames. Accordingly, image quality of the multi-view video can be more enhanced.

    Abstract: There are provided an apparatus and a method for reconstructing a 3D human object in real time based on a monocular color image. A 3D human object reconstruction apparatus according to an embodiment extracts a pixel-aligned feature from a monocular image, extracts a ray-invariant feature from the pixel-aligned feature, generates encoded position information by encoding position information of a point, predicts a SD of a point from the ray-invariant feature and the encoded position information which are extracted, and reconstructs a 3D human object by using the predicted SD. Accordingly, the ray-invariant feature extracted from the pixel-aligned feature, and the encoded position information are used, so that an amount of computation for predicting SDs of points of a 3D space can be noticeably reduced and a speed can be remarkably enhanced.

A control system based on the control method includes: a high-voltage discharge module, a laser cavity, a laser parameter measurement module, and an energy stability controller.

When the living body enters the metaverse, an avatar carrier for entering the metaverse is generated based on the metadata of the non-fungible token, and when the avatar carrier receives an identification request, the avatar carrier is permitted to provide at least one of the physiological feature and the real-name identity message, so as to achieve the effect of improving identifiability and authentication of the avatar carrier of the metaverse.
