Abstract: According to disclosures of the present document, dependency conditions can defined for effectively parsing/signaling syntax elements having dependency to transform skip- and/or palette coding-related data, and, on the basis of the dependency conditions, whether or not to parse the transform skip- and/or palette coding-related data can be determined. As a result, bits necessary to be signaled for video/image coding can be reduced and coding efficiency can be improved.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for a user equipment to receive system information in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the method is characterized in detecting a first synchronization signal block configured with a Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS), a Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS) and a Physical Broadcasting Channel (PBCH) at a specific frequency position, determining a presence or non-presence of system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block within a first synchronization raster corresponding to a specific frequency position based on a system information indicator included in the PBCH, and if the system information corresponding to the first synchronization signal block is determined as not existing, determining a second synchronization raster having system information exist therein based on the system information indicator.

Abstract: Methods, and devices capable of performing such methods, involving a device that receives information related to a physical uplink control channel resource for reporting hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback information, as well as information related to sidelink (SL) resources. Based on the device not performing a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) transmission, the device generates the HARQ feedback information in the form of an acknowledgement (ACK). Further, a maximum priority value is associated with the ACK, among possible priority values, related to the SL resources, such that, a PUCCH is transmitted with the ACK based on the priority value.
Abstract: A vehicular control system includes a central control module vehicle, a plurality of vehicular cameras disposed at a vehicle and viewing exterior of the vehicle, and a plurality of radar sensors disposed at the vehicle and sensing exterior of the vehicle. The plurality of vehicular cameras includes at least (i) a forward-viewing vehicular camera, (ii) a driver side sideward-viewing vehicular camera and (iii) a passenger side sideward-viewing vehicular camera. The central control module receives vehicle data relating to operation of the vehicle. During a driving maneuver of the equipped vehicle, and responsive at least in part to fusion at the central control module of (i) image data captured by at least the forward-viewing vehicular camera and (ii) radar data captured by at least the front radar sensor, a pedestrian present exterior of the equipped vehicle is detected.

Abstract: A robot cleaner of the present disclosure includes: a traveling unit configured to move a main body; a cleaning unit configured to perform a cleaning function; a sensing unit configured to detect a surrounding environment; and a controller configured to perform a previous cleaning, to map a cleaning zone based on information detected by the sensing unit, and to control to perform cleaning by matching different cleaning methods according to a shape of the mapped cleaning zone. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the efficiency by providing an accurate cleaning zone definition and the division of the cleaning zone, and by providing an optimum cleaning traveling mode according to the divided cleaning zone.
Abstract: Provided is an electronic device provided with an antenna for 5G communication according to the present invention. The electronic device includes an array antenna which is implemented as a multi-layer substrate inside the electronic device and includes a plurality of antenna elements. Each of the antenna elements of the array antenna comprises: a patch antenna disposed on a specific layer of the multi-layer substrate and configured to radiate a signal applied from a feeder line; a first electronic band gap (EBG) element disposed parallel to the patch antenna on the left or right side of the patch antenna; and a second electronic band gap (EBG) element disposed parallel to the patch antenna on the upper or lower side of the patch antenna.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the present invention a user equipment (UE) may receive, in a first common frequency resource (CFR) associated with a first bandwidth part (BWP) which is an active BWP of the UE, first multicast/broadcast service (MBS) data; receive, in the first BWP, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying downlink control information (DCI) including information regarding BWP switching; activate a second BWP based on the DCI; and receive second MBS data, wherein, based on that the active BWP has been changed from the first BWP to the second BWP and a second CFR different from the first CFR is associated with the second BWP, the UE activates the second CFR and receives the second MBS data in the second CFR.
