Abstract: Here, operation for 3D beam forming is disclosed. UE, receiving reference signals from one or more base stations (eNBs), may report feedback information comprising precoding matrix information to the one or more eNBs. The precoding matrix information indicates a first type precoding matrix for a horizontal direction and a second type precoding matrix for a vertical direction. eNBs may transmit signals, which are precoded based on a third type precoding matrix for beam forming both on the horizontal direction and the vertical direction.

Abstract: A filtering method performed by a decoding device according to the present invention comprises the steps of: deriving a specific neighboring block of a current block so as to derive filter information on the current block; deriving the specific neighboring block and a reference block within a reference picture corresponding to the specific neighboring block; deriving the filter information on the current block on the basis of the specific neighboring block and the reference block; and filtering the current block on the basis of the filter information. According to the present invention, the overall coding efficiency can be improved by deriving the filter information on the basis of the neighboring block of the already decoded current block and reducing or removing the amount of data for the transmission of the information necessary for filter generation.

Abstract: An inclination angle of a display unit having a display is detected, the inclination angle being around an axis of the display unit in the fore-aft direction of a vehicle. Abstract: A keypad capable of being configured with multiple button configurations with buttons of various heights is configured to recognize the button configuration through actuations of the buttons. The keypad is placed in a configuration mode by inputting an unresolvable condition to the keypad. Once in the configuration mode, the buttons are individually actuated in a predefined order to configure the size and function of each button.
