Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for obtaining .beta.-hydroxy carbonyl compounds and/or .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carbonyl compounds, characterized in that at least one aldehyde or one ketone is brought into contact with a solid catalyst of general formula (I):?(Mg.sup.2+).sub.1-x (Al.sup.3+).sub.x (OH.sup.-).sub.2 !.sup.x+ ?(OH.sup.-).sub.x !.sup.x- (H.sub.2 O).sub.n (I)with 0.20.ltoreq.x.ltoreq.0.33 and n<1.
Abstract: A recipient is provided comprising an outer rigid housing and an inner flexible bag under butane gas pressure, in which the inner flexible bag is a material comprising a mixture of polyamide forming a matrix and of functionalized ethylene polymer comprising a functionalized ethylene/(meth)acrylate copolymer.
Abstract: The invention relates to films based on PA-6 or PA-6,6 and on a copolymer containing polyamide (6 or 6,6) blocks and ploytetramethylene glycol blocks. They have greater impact strengths than PA-6 or PA-6, 6 film.
Abstract: The process of the present invention consists in bringing into contact, on the one hand, (A) gaseous phosphorus pentafluoride or a gaseous mixture comprising phosphorus pentafluoride and hydrochloric acid, and, on the other hand, (B) a solution of lithium fluoride in hydrofluoric acid, in a column (10) having a sufficient number of transfer units to carry out the reaction of PF.sub.5 with LiF under the chosen conditions of temperature, of pressure and of molar ratio of the two contrasting reactants and with complete or substantially complete absorption of the PF.sub.5 in the column. This process makes it possible to solve the problems of blockage by preventing recrystallizations of salts; to discharge the heat given off by the reaction by the evaporation of a portion of the HF; and to separate the HCl which may be contained in the starting PF.sub.5, without loss of PF.sub.5, thus allowing subsequent recovery/value enhancement of this HCl.
