    Abstract: The present invention relates to a downhole plug with an expandable elastomeric packer (1) having two ends, surrounding a main section (25). The intended application of the downhole plug is for sealing wellbores and tubulars (4). At least one expansion ring (13) adjoins at least one of said two ends of the elastomeric packer (1), and at least one support ring (15) applies an axial force (16) in a longitudinal direction of the downhole plug. At least one of said two ends of the elastomeric packer (1) is made with a tapered surface. The at least one expansion ring (13) is made with a tapered surface configured in such a manner that the application of the axial force (16) in a longitudinal direction of the downhole plug leads to the simultaneous expansion of the elastomeric packer (1) and the at least one expansion ring (13).

The section 8 is activated by the start of the power supply by the converter to operate in a low power-consumption mode with only the detected power source energy monitor, and starts the power supply to the load when the energy exceeds a level in which the input voltage becomes equal to Vd2 higher than Vd1.

The reverse osmosis unit can include a filtration unit, a liquid utilization system, and/or an instrumentation system. The filtration unit includes a plurality of filter banks which each have a plurality of filter unit. The filtration unit receives a feed liquid and generates permeate and concentrate. The permeate is sent to the liquid utilization system, while the concentrate is removed. The instrumentation system can include a plurality of sensors to detect operational data of the feed liquid, permeate, and/or concentrate. Using the operational data and equations, the control unit can calculate the normalized permeate flow rate indicating whether the filters should be cleaned and/or replaced. The operational data and the equations can be used to determine whether the pressure and/or flow can be manipulated without damaging the filters.

The wetting and flow of the joining material is controlled by the selection of the joining material, the joining temperature, the time at temperature, the joining atmosphere, and other factors. The ceramic pieces may be aluminum nitride and the pieces may be brazed with an aluminum alloy under controlled atmosphere. The joint material is adapted to later withstand both the environments within a process chamber during substrate processing, and the oxygenated atmosphere which may be seen within the shaft of a heater or electrostatic chuck.

The lubricating oils containing the composition are advantageous as engine oils that can improve engine fuel efficiency.
